We were excited to try this new restaurant in our neighborhood. The cashier was friendly and offered us a “buy one, get one free” deal. The food was good, but not great. The portions are huge. It was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a bit disappointing. I expected it to be cleaner since it was new. However, there was a strong smell of mildew, as if the restaurant had been closed for a long time.

Absolutely the best place for burgers. The experience is different from most places in the staff. Jose greeted me with an attitude he enjoyed his job and was very pleasant. The menu includes shakes, malts, fries and a variety of sandwiches, even tuna fish.

I was excited a new place was opening up on 23rd because the restaurants are all pretty great… I didn’t get to actually try the food, the cashier guy must’ve been high or something because it felt like I was talking a different language trying to order a cheeseburger. Better places to try right down the street than deal with that level of customer disservice.

Been here twice for their milkshakes which are excellent. They have a ton of flavors so that’s a plus but the place could definitely use some music. It’s dead silent in there which makes the atmosphere pretty uncomfortable. I think this small change could make a big difference.

Despite the plethora of options for vegetarians/vegans, in addition to large-portion meat burgers, and good fries… what shocked me the most about this place was its lack of cleanliness. Behind the counter it looked like no one had clean in ages, although this place just opened; I also found the wing of a cockroach laying on the bathroom floor. There was a huge dead fly on the shelving between the cashier and kitchen. In short, I am not really sure about how invested this restaurant is in succeeding when they don’t have cleanliness as a main facet of their business.

The guy at the register was nice but couldn’t understand basic English. Got our order completely wrong. Chicken sandwich was MOLDY and disgusting!! Burger tastes like McDonald’s.

We came with an intro promo for BOGO shakes. Both were decent shakes, but in looking at the receipt, in addition to the shakes, they charged us a $.80 “packaging fee” (~15% of the order). I questioned the fee and why it was not listed on the menu, and was told that their signs were “new” and the fees were new. Totally ridiculous. Watch you receipt if you choose to go, as they seem to add additional fees at a whim. We will not be returning.
