If I could give 0 stars I would. Up until recently, I never had any issues at this location. They lost a customer. 3/14 I door dashed my order. Which as a paying customer shouldn’t of been an issue. The night shift (and the manager was aware and didn’t do anything about it) wrote all over my wrappers unnecessary and inappropriate comments. Obviously they are doing a service whether it’s dine in, take out,or door dash. Obviously customer service isn’t meant for everybody. Be better and do better.

Prices getting too expensive. $27 for 2 Impossible Whopper meals should nor be that expensive. Won’t be eating at BK anytime soon, maybe never.

Came for some early breakfast but they weren’t open when me & my fiancé pulled up. There was a worker outside sitting down smoking though with a black button down collared shirt, he was a bald white guy (assuming the manager). This should be very unacceptable & concerning for district managers and corporate!

Food is hit or miss, ordered breakfast before and was given the wrong sandwich. Also ordered during lunch and bacon was burned to all hell. Reached out and had no response about it.

Everytime I order a whopper here the meat is cold and dry. They must pre make the food and let it sit. Also I tried to get a melt burger at 8:30pm and they said they weren’t making them this late at night which is why I settled on the cold whopper.

Come on Burger King. Two days in a row I chose to go to McDonald’s because your lobby was closed due to staffing. How about closing the drive thru instead. But seriously if you can run the drive thru you should be able to run the lobby.

The place is big and it was clean. However there was another table which seemed to me they were related to 1 of the employees, they had 3 kids and they kept running around and screaming. Not only that, their mom decided to join them also instead of controlling her kids. None of the employees bother to say anything, to keep the noise down.
