We usually have a big order for our family and come to this location often. Never had a problem. Tonight we came in to pick up our large order 2 big bags full. It was ready right when we arrived. We put the bags down on the table while we filled up 3 drinks. We turned around to leave and our bags were gone. We alerted the staff and we were all in disbelief. We then all remembered a couple come in like they were gonna order, but never did. The employees were all so kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. They quickly re-made our big order free of charge! Thank you to all the employees at wingstop glendora tonight! You’re awesome!

If I could rate it lower, I would. Every experience I’ve had at this location has been awful. Getting dry, burnt and rubbery food is a common occurrence, or, even when the food is okay, the service is absolutely awful. A lot of attitude just for walking in the door. I’d like to say, I work in food service, I know how hard and demanding it is. It’s not easy, so I’m always extra kind to workers, because i feel their pain. But even friendliness is met with sneers and attitude.i can handle missing food and gross food if the service is good, but when the food is constantly missing from your order AND the person at the counter is rude unprovoked, it’s where I draw the line. I don’t know what management is doing, but clearly they’re doing something wrong if they’re letting their employees act this way. -5/10. Don’t eat here unless you like not getting your full order and getting snapped at when you ask for your food.

You get what you pay for, wingstop isn’t a restaurant, it’s a wing joint. The food is surprisingly good and the employees are lackluster. I have enjoyed my food each time I went and portions are satisfying. The lemon pepper wings are the best.

I ordered online on the website, and it was delivered via DoorDash. I ordered at at 8:10 pm, and my order didn’t come until 9:41 pm. The driver delivered my order without a green sticker on the bag, no soda, and the food was cold. I called doordash because this was pure negligence. DoorDash directed me to the store because the store gave the driver the food in the manner I mentioned. I called the store, and they did nothing to remedy the situation. This store conducts business in an unprofessional manner. I am disgusted by the entire situation. Please! Please! Don’t come to this store. It is malpractice the way they conduct business in the San Dimas and Glendora area. Establishments ran with utter disregard for professionalism, and negligence on food safety should not be tolerated.

Worst customer service! I will not be coming back to this location due to the lack of manners from workers and the manager is rude! She thinks he knows how to train her workers but they don’t even know how to pack an order correctly! They messed up my order and I called the store nicely 10 min after I left the store and was told I can come back another day for the order but 2 days after I came back and the manager was rude and she was super disrespectful it was disgusting to see a manager handle her customers this way! She needs to learn some manners before training a team to work under her!
