Very disappointed. Ordered the new chicken with apples, bacon & toasted pecans zalad. The pecans are not whole as advertised in EVERY picture at Zaxby’s as well as T.V. ad; there MAY B 3 pecans in tht chopped up mess!… I can’t seem to find it AT ALL online to compare on their menu. I didn’t take a pic of entire salad because I had removed some to eat before writing review. I ordered a hard boiled egg not sure if I got a whole one? Tht was all the bacon I got. Seems a bit skimpy. Also asked for bacon, chicken, bread & egg to all b separate could go in 1 container, but separate because it takes me a couple days to eat entire salad. Tht was NOT done, chicken on salad as well as 2 pieces of the bread.

I never got my food! Got all the way home and realized one meal was missing and we had a plate of chicken strips we didn’t order. Tried to call for an hour before I got an answer. Wasn’t about to drive all the way back up their after getting home. This was my 1st visit and have heard good things about their food so wanted to see what the hype was about.
