I will never visit this location again. They refused to let me honor a simple coupon in the drive thru. They told me I had to tell them before the window I had the coupon. But never asked if I had one. It was poor service. I in my younger age working in fast food would have made this work. Very disappointing and I will gladly take along break from this location. I hope no one else has to deal with the service I received this evening.

Well, this is discouraging. I generally don’t eat at Arby’s. I tried the Wagyu at another location and found it juicy and delicious. But this location it was dry, and smothered in an orange colored sauce that tastes like 1000 island. It was enough to discourage me from trying Arby’s again.

I am used to pulling to a stall and waiting at most fast food places but waiting 10 mins is atrocious! Then when I called they said there was still a few mins left before they would be out. I have groceries in my car getting warm. Very disappointed with my visit. Maybe get new managers?

I don’t eat fast food very often. I’ve been here twice in both times. I’ve had issues although minor but still annoying. My mom loves horsey sauce so I asked for extra extra horsey sauce and they gave me barbecue sauce… She eats the horsey sauce on the curly fries so basically It ruined her experience. They need to slow down and listen. And sandwiches were just kind of sloppy and of course he looked nothing like the pictures lol. I thought they’re going to be a nice size and they’re just tiny little squished sandwiches. Disappointed…

Warning this is a long review please bare with me. The only reason this location is getting three ✨ is because the roast beef sandwiches have been on point every single time I’ve ate at this particular location I always get a large vanilla shake and for me always has plenty of whip cream on top never do they skimp on it usually Arby’s isn’t so much of a fast food joint cause you are getting freshly cooked quality meats but this Lindon Arby’s is the quickest out of all the ones I’ve been at so you might ask why only 3 stars because of only one dude and I’m almost positive he is the head honcho and I don’t know if it was because me and the wife got there three minutes before closing time or maybe because we ordered three 4 for 10 bucks roast beef sandwiches plus the é large vanilla shakes either way this guy who I am pretty sure is the manager was about as rude as a person could be never been treated worse by someone from a fast food joint and this guy is thee guy at this Arby’s pretty sure the general manager of this location and corporate would expect this store leader to represent this location in a better fashion and as much as it kills me to give this store manager any props I do have to admit he runs this Arby’s very well and all of his employees have been top notch workers and people but this manager is straight up a pompous you know what so on Monday I will be getting in touch with the GM of that location or corporate sorry for the long review please let me know if any of you have a similar story or if it’s just me I would love to hear from others

I went there today and order through drive through. There was a little girl with piercings and she was so unprofessional and flat out rude. Why would Arby’s ruin their branding and reputation by hiring incompetent rude employees. She tried to charge me $25 for chicken fingers??? I will never go back there and would recommend no else does.

I like the new rib sandwich. Sadly They’ve changed their menu and removed some items I liked. But still lots of good stuff on their menu. But the price on the happy hour items has gone up.

This Arby’s is pretty much what you expect. The store was reasonably clean (the drink area was kind of a mess, but nothing too bad), the food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick and the cashier was competent and fast at taking orders. The coupons that come in the mail for Arby’s are the best!
