There’s not much seating indoors so majority of people I guess order take out. There’s like two seats by the window and it’s a pretty small store. Ordered two items off the combo menu, the Chick ‘n Pop and Chick ‘n Tenders. They came with small fries and a drink. My friend and I both got water because they don’t really have much sodas or other drink options. The tenders were huge I wasn’t expecting it. The fries were really good, really crispy but also has actual potatoes inside. The popcorn chicken was also really good, less crispy but still really flavorful- might’ve been a little too flavourful that day because I needed a lot of water after.

Had the hot chicken sandwich at the “Hot” level with combo – honestly their Hot is not even mild which was quite disappointing. The breading falls apart and isn’t great, and as other reviews have pointed out, there’s no real seating at the store except for two facing the street. Maintained the stars for the fries which are objectively good.

Had the Buffalo Honey chicken and it was saturated in oil. Sloppily made and overcooked with too much breading and the smallest piece of chicken ever on a sandwich. Charges $1.50 extra for a small specimen cup of sauce. Staff seems indifferent. It says on wall that fries are triple fried but mine were as floppy as those wind puppets in front of a dealership and definitely straight from the freezer. Sandwich, can of soda and fries combo ran me almost $20. Not worth it at all. Location is small. Food did come out quick though.

The guy who took my order was speedy and polite. I tried to get a regular fry with cheese on the side. I received a bag full of crinkle fries, not much seasoning, and very oily. Just a bag full of fries. I was let down to say the least. There was a guy who seemed almost like a bouncer/ he brought out food to people waiting in the street. I didn’t have any problem with him but he made me feel very uncomfortable. Long wait, didn’t deliver on what you see for photos of this place.

375 Chicken ‘n Fries! We love this place! Although it is a small place and it was hard to get a seat, it is still worth stopping by and at least getting them to go and enjoy the chicken sandwiches elsewhere. We ordered their Triple Truffle Sandwich, Buffalo Honey Sandwich, Honey Garlic and Chili Sandwich, Raclette Sandwich, and Truffle Parmesan Fries. Don’t ask us which ones were our favorite it’s too hard to choose but if we had to it would be the Honey Garlic and Chili Sandwich. If you love garlic that’s the one! The buffalo honey sandwich was perfectly sweet and hot at the same time. The Raclette was super cheese but worth it still. Overall, One of the best chicken sandwiches in the city. Would go back again for sure!

Some good crinkle cut fries with sauces. They have a dining space inside but not much seating.

Visiting from London. Did a ton of research and decided I wanted to try the PBJ chicken here. I walked to the hells kitchen location. The PBJ burger no longer on the menu so I opted for the chicken pop and waffles with the PBJ sauces. The staff were fine but disinterested. First thoughts were that it looked good but as I tucked in it became clear that there was way way too much of the jelly sauce and everything became too overpowering. It was drowning in sauce. Too sweet. The chicken was meh. Tasted like frozen chicken pops. I gave up halfway through. Total waste of time and money. If I hadn’t been hungry I’d have given up after 2 bites. Bought a bag of chips from the bodega on the corner instead of finishing this. Yuck.

So I went to 375 last night for some fried chicken. First mistake… I went in and saw the overly stacked sauce menu and various chicken options. Too much sauce means they are all mediocre. Regardless, I ordered the chicken tenders and fries combo with an extra sauce. This came out to over $20 with a tip. For $20 I expected some good food and I was heavily dissatisfied. The chicken tenders I ordered were mostly breading with uneven seasoning pockets where some bites were overly salty and other bites were bland. I could barley eat one tender, the breading was falling off and the meat was dry with no flavoring. The truffle sauce was nasty and I couldn’t even stomach my food. I’m actually upset and wish I could get a refund for how bad that meal was.
