We were here celebrating our anniversary. We stood at the door for at least 15 minutes waiting for our table despite having called ahead. There appeared to be only one server on the ground floor and he didn’t seat us. We were told the person seating people was upstairs. The line behind us continued to grow while we were waiting. I ordered the chicken Oscar which I have had before. It was not quite as good as the previous. The batter was quite greasy. My husband had the seafood casserole which he said was very good. When we were finished eating we had to wait quite a long time to get our check… again because there appeared to be only one server. The restaurant appears to be grossly understaffed. That is sad because it was a delightful place to eat on previous visits.

We were looking forward to a nice night out for our anniversary. Despite calling hours ahead for seating, we waited at the door for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We had a great dinner here at this cozy 13 table restaurant . We were able to make a reservation ahead of time for a larger group, just had to make it outside the busiest hours Drinks were great. Meals were good. Menu was not too long and had lots of great selections. Our server and all the staff were very nice. View is pretty- (water, and marsh grass) Looking fotto coming back! (Note: has GF oprions)

We had the most wonderfully, relaxing dinner in the middle of this full restaurant at a little table for 2. The service was superb; there​ before we needed​ something and not when we wanted privacy. The food? Oh…my…goodness! You have to go experience the great food, service and atmosphere.

Great place to Dine!! We were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated by the window over looking the Wankinco River, very pleasant. $5 IPA to start then a salad and clam chowdah. Both very good. Moved on to the main course. My wife got Sirloin Medallions medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. And yes the were (2) 8oz pieces of steak $28. I had seafood casserole that was satisfactory $18. Then we ended it all with a very delicious espresso martini for my wife, and I had a perfect portion of crème brûlée and espresso. The service and over all atmosphere was definitely 5 star. All of this for $89. Fantastic value! Highly recommends. But leave your credit cards home , cash or check only.

Cannot make reservations unless they are open but when we arrived without reservations at 4:15, after waiting in cold until EXACTLY 4:30, were not able to get a table because no reservation.The rudest part was the hostess seated everyone behind us before telling us there was as no tables.

Wonderful dinning experience. The food was great! Seafood casserole with the sauce is out of this world!!! The owner Lee Anne makes you feel like a long lost friend and welcomes you back each and every time. Her staff follows in her foot steps and can answer any question you may have on the menu. My ONLY complaint is limited hours/days open. But great staff deserves a few days off too! Try Cafe Soleil you will not be sorry!

I have been there a few times. Last night’s dinner did not disappoint us. Excellent food, outstanding service, very reasonable prices. Remember to make a reservation in advance, and bring cash. There were 4 of us. With 2 beers, 2 wines, and 3 deserts, the bill came to $128. Not bad. I even had leftovers!
