Well, the service speed was rivaled only by a sloth on a leisurely stroll, despite the short line. Seems there’s a rotating cast of fresh faces, and someone’s always on their first day—probably explains the snail pace. Oh, and if you fancy some company, the flies outside are ever so eager to join.

So glad there is finally a Cava in Woodstock! This location is very clean and the staff are very sweet and helpful. I came to Cava today (05/07/23) for my sister who ordered food, but I wanted to come in a get a drink because they have such yummy options. I was waiting in line and Chris (store manager) overheard me telling the staff member I was only in line for a drink cup. He came from the kitchen area and gave me a large cup. I told him I would pay for the cup, but he insisted that it be on the house! I know it’s a small gesture to some but kindness and staff that go beyond expectations are hard to come by these days! Highly recommend this location!

The staff at this location are amazing. I cannot have any gluten (including cross-contact), & every time I let the staff know they immediately go wash their hands & change gloves. Today, a worker touched my bowl with dirty gloves after it was prepared & they were happy to remake it for me to ensure it was safe for me to eat. I was timid to ask, but the cashier assured me saying, “We would rather remake it so you don’t get sick, it’s not worth it.” This is one of the very few places I feel safe eating & my visit today only solidified that decision. Thank you to the staff & we will be back!

I like their food, but not the way you have to order for to go food. Wished they could take my order over the phone. When ordering for my providers for a lunch inservice, it can be a headache having to order all of the specifics a doc wants and not knowing their menu, i was 29 min late to my meeting bc it took me an extra 30 to place it online instead of over phone. Overall great food, and packaged well, clean and happy providers/staff.

Recently visited. Service excellent and food we got was also very good. However very disappointed in limited food options and drab no color depressing decor. Was much better when was Zoe’s. Zoe’s had more food options including excellent soups; and bright and inviting colorful decor.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I was blown away by the great portions and price! I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to order when I came in, but the staff were incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and getting a fantastic bowl put together for me. There were so many different vegan and vegetarian options, and I can’t wait to come in again and try something new!
