The place was Clean, Friendly service. Food was alright even better depending on what You ordered, or expected based on the pics of food. Overall We had a pleasant experience, a little pricey for the food portions & so-so quality. We did have a lovely atmosphere with literally No Other diners in the restaurant. Came in to get a quick bite and watch a little of the Lakers-Nuggets playoff game before heading home, I’ve had a couple bad experiences at this location with service and was reluctant on going but something told me to give them one more try. That was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I was greeted by the bartender Mikey, believe me when I say this guy was AWESOME! Very professional, he has to be one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He definitely restored my faith in this establishment, to top it off the food was hot, fresh and delicious. If you ever come to this location ask for Mikey and prepare yourself for a great dining experience.

My husband and I have been coming here every year for our anniversary since we met, as it was our first date location. The food is incredible. The staff are the kindest east of the Mississippi, and the environment is quiet and Midwestern. Mikey, their bartender for the evening we were there, was so incredibly kind to us and even offered us a free shot for our anniversary. To the staff at the Bluffton location, please ignore all of the hate you see on these reviews. None of them are true. Your facility is clean, your staff are incredible, and we will continue to come there year after year to celebrate us ❤ thank you for another lovely evening, and mad props to Mikey ❤

We only order carry out from here. There is nothing wrong with dining in, as far as I know. We just prefer to get the wings to go. I always ask for crispy wings with light sauce and my wife always asks for all flats. They have always fulfilled our exact order without mistakes. The food is good and their estimated pick up times are on the money

Wi gs are good. I loved the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. It has a lot of meat, and they didn’t skimp on the cheese!!! Their tater tots are excellent perfectly seasoned, and just the right crispness!!!

Well, Wings Etc. should be good at wings? Nope. Mine (12 traditional, 6 with medium buffalo, 6 with jerk rub) came out freaky fast. sauce and rub were no hanging on to the wings. quickly became apparent that they were not made to order and had been reheated. Note the message in the photo about sending them back if they aren’t good? How about just making them right the first time? Carrots and celery were not fresh. Blue cheese dip was in covered plastic cups but passable.

Heard the wings are good.. never got a chance to be seated. Waited in the front area for 30 minutes, nobody greeted us or simply acknowledged our presence. If it takes 30+ minutes to be seated I’m sure the food would’ve taken longer. The drive down to buffalo wild wings was better than waiting and being walked past. Do better.
