First time eating hear; it was quick service. The Poke Bowl was 16.00 wish I had bit myself for the price. Over the food was delicious. I also had the City of Oak smoothie delicious.

When I walked in I was informed by who appeared to be a manager (guy with black shirt) that they were about to close and typically the orders need to be done online, but he said he would fixed what I would like. He had on gloves that he was touching multiple things with and started fixing my bowl. He used the spoons to scoop things out as well as his gloved hands that he touched other surfaces. One of the employees was walking around with her shirt halfway up her back almost showing her bra. A guy came in looking for Starbucks and the Manger (guy in black shirt) said this is not Starbucks, then he said its across the street. Then he and the other young ladies started talking about the guy in my presence. I felt like that was rude to do in front of me. Overall the bowl was ok but not really for my taste buds. The service was not pleasant at all and I ended up throwing my bowl away because I couldn’t stop thinking about the gloves that touched other surfaces.

Neat little grab n go restaurant. I got the açaí bowl, it was very good. Usually açaí bowls can be a little bitter but this one was sweet and delicious! One of the best I’ve had in a while. I wish they had some sort of indoor seating even if it was just a small high top bar against the glass. It was cold went I went in and I had to grab my bowl and leave to find somewhere to sit and eat. Luckily the Marriot is right across the street.

Delish-balls and the people were friendly. I ordered online, but I got there 10 minutes later, as the app predicted it should be ready, it wasn’t. They jumped on it, got it ready, and here I am enjoying this yummy bowl of fish, rice, and avocado.

I’m glad I decided to treat myself to lunch today at Happy + Hale.

Some of the best (and only) fast casual in North Carolina. Seriously, you’ve got Cava, Chipotle, and then H+H. Pokeworks might qualify but their portion sizes are so small that it’s quite sad, not even worth mentioning. The food at H+H is always good and seems healthy, so it gives you that nice “clean eating” feeling. I wish the name were a bit more speakable like “happy as hale” or something like that.

$20 for one of the saddest poke bowls I have ever seen. Grey tuna, almost no rice, and about 1/10 of a brown avocado.

Yummy food! Looked up “healthy food near me” and discovered it. Avocado toast for me and Acai berry bowl for my daughter. Both were delicious and beautifully presented.

My favorite place to eat in Raleigh. Egg scramble for breakfast, ahi poke bowl for lunch, almond brothers for afternoon snack!

I have been going to Happy + Hale pretty much weekly for the past 4 years and my go to meal is the protein bowl with greens. Great meal with 2 scoops of chicken. Since management has changed last summer, the quality and portions have gone down. Now they serve the protein bowl with half of the chicken, quality of chicken has gone down, and less greens for the same price. This was not a one time mix up of my order because the staff said there has been a change in the quantity. I have given Happy and Hale the benefit of the doubt but I no longer can. I have been willing to pay a premium for a premium bowl but not any more. If you want a long term customer to be a customer again, please go back to the quality and quantity you had before.
