This was our second time at Ramen Time, and both time the food has been delicious. Today we had the Chicken Udon Stir Fry, Chicken Fried Rice, Crunch Roll and the Crab Rangoon. The food came hot and it was very fresh. Our waitress both was very sweet and attentive. Definitely will be a place we will keep coming back to.

I ordered the spicy pork ramen with miso bowl. The spice hit right, but the pork was over done. It was tough to eat. The noodles were a bit dense and overcooked as well. The atmosphere and branding was great! I’ll go back and try again one day.

Amazing food. We bought 4 appetizers and 2 meals. Everything all the way down to the sauces were so good. Everything came out hot and fresh. My husband and I are planning to go back and try other things on the menu.

We are visiting Williamsburg for the week, and this restaurant was by our hotel. There’s no close Ramen restaurants where we live, so we wanted to give this a try. The restaurant is cute. We liked what we ordered. My bf ordered the Hell Ramen. We thought it would be spicy based on the name, but it wasn’t. It had a little bit of spice, but he would have liked it better if it was spicier. I ordered the pork katsu with curry gravy. The pork was crispy on the outside but still juicy inside. I drenched my pork with the curry gravy because that’s what gives the flavor. We also ordered the Tuna Bonfire Roll. We picked this roll because we thought it would spicy. It wasn’t, even with jalapeños in it. It still tasted good and was a good size. The staff was nice, but after we ordered and got our food, no one came back for a long time to check on us. We were done and had to wait for a while before someone came around, and we could ask for our check. It wasn’t even busy at that time. We still would try this place again.

This was my first time at a ramen spot. Not exactly what I expected. The food was just ok and the service was average. The sushi was the best thing we ordered.

We ordered our food and I ordered the Tuna Sashimi as my meal. I received 2 tiny slabs of tuna. That’s not even a meal, that’s barely an appetizer. I was expecting way more. My friend and his mother had ordered some kimchi and Chicken ramen. For 30 minutes we were sitting here waiting for their food and they never received it. We had like 4 waiters come over to us asking what they ordered and saying that they’d check on it. We had no idea what was going on and we just kept getting excuses. We could barely hear them through their masks, too. This restaurant was pretty much empty, there was only like 3-4 people and this guy who got here way after us got his ramen before. The waitress and another worker continued to stare at me and point from across the room and I felt embarrassed. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I definitely expected more. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m never coming back. Absolutely unacceptable. We were charged for drinks, still.

Still in the soft opening stage. With all opening, you have to be patient. I went for lunch at 12 pm and they opened at 11 there were several group of people already. The interior is nice and gives off a nice vibe. I had the hell ramen combo, and it was good. The spiciness was good it was not burning hot. Steam dumplings were good also. Maybe next time, I’ll try the fried version to see which is better. Portion size was enough I think but price wise, maybe a little on the high side for a combo meal if you eaten at other ramen places before. But overall food was good. I would come back and eat here again.

This was a great opportunity to try something new. We didn’t actually get Ramen but we did order some great items. The aged tofu was fabulous and was my favorite. My husband got fried shrimp and crab wantons. I even tried sweet potato sushi. They have vegetarian options and everything not only tastes great but it was plated beautifully. The restaurant was clean and the service was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the restroom, the lights weren’t working. But I would definitely return!
