The food was decent. I ordered the Beef and cheddar, and thought it was too heavy and greasy. The curly fries are always good. The staff was amazing. They were verry competent and professional. The cashier was really friendly. The dining room was pretty clean and well kept.

Some of the menu items were not available even though it was pretty early in the day. My order was not prepared correctly, I asked for a French dip and I received a chicken sandwich, which was very good, but not what I was ordering.

Won’t be getting Arby’s in Marshalltown again. I have been dissatisfied with the freshness of my food the last two times. Waste of my money. Dry bun for the beef ‘n cheddar, and dry roast beef on it as well. Any time I have been inside it is not clean. Food all over the floors and dirty tables. It’s disappointing.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Good was cold. Mac & cheese felt like it was right out of the fridge & warmed in the microwave…. Bowl was warm, Mac & cheese was very cold. Very disappointed.
