I hadn’t had Arby’s in over 15 years. So pleasantly surprised. The King’s Hawaiian Sweet Heat chicken sandwich was wonderful. I love the sauce and all the toppings. I did not like the curly fries, over cooked and greasy. The service was slow but the employees were very nice and gave us an order of fries for the wait. Very thoughtful. We will definitely be back.

Wow the management here really has things under control. The staff is nice, the place is clean, the food came out hot and fresh. They got a part of my order wrong but they fixed it quickly and without making me feel bad about it. Things like that make me loyal.

Fries were cold and old. Sandwich was terrible to much sauce meat and pita were bad. Was a ghost town. Noticed 1 other customer for 30 minutes on a Friday on a 5pm. I’m surprised this place still open has to be Lossing money and customers every day.

We ordered, got parked for 10 minutes. Who knows why because our food was all cold & the shake we had ordered was melted before we ever got the food. I called spoke to Ashley she said come back in & well remake the order, called beforehand to ask could I send my husband she said sure got his name said send him threw drive Thru & tell them u spoke to Ashley well replace that order sorry about that. Send my husband so I don’t have to take the kids just for them to tell him he has to come in, then they ask him what was wrong with the order he says the food was cold. They replaced 1 sandwich & 1 nuggets out of the order. Horrible customer service, the establishment is filthy I’ll never go back

This East Colonial Dr. Arby’s is one of the best we’ve been to around!! Great and friendly service and the food was fresh and plentiful! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well kept up!! All well worth driving the extra mile(s) if craving the sandwiches and yummy gyros!!!! Yes…GYROS!! Great job Ms. Manager! P.s. the fruit lemonade are great

I wear my curly fries cuz they’re my favorites but when I got them there was no curlies in it. Just little pieces of what was left over in the bottom of a bag. I did take them back and be manager. Refunded my money but you could tell he wasn’t thrilled by it. And the beef and cheddar was cold
