Pulled pork was good. The sauce was grate. Ribs was tuff . Cash only open Thursdays from 11:30am till they run out. Best in lake city fl so far.

Drove clear in off the interstate to try and find some decent barbecue yesterday It was closed at 5:20 in the evening… stopped in today. They closed because THEY SOLD OUT!!! and I can see why. EXCELLENT SAUCE (grandmommas recipe) meaty ribs, and fantastic flavor on the pork

Cox was talked up by a Lake City lifer, so I gave it a shot for lunch today. Had the pork dinner with a side of potato salad and a slice of garlic bread. The portion of meat was large, moist, and had decent taste, but was served lukewarm. There was more fat on this pork than I’ve ever seen. Overall, it was good, but not great.

The BEST BBQ hands down! Like if you have $10 cash on you and you are in Lake City around lunch time. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Pork sandwich and bbq baked beans! Omg!!
