Not sure what happened this morning, but, the coffee wasn’t even drinkable. I had to throw it away when I got to work. It tasted like dirty sink water. The gentleman who handed me the iced coffee apologized for the wait, but that doesn’t explain why the coffee was just not good. I thought I could fix it at work, but there was nothing I could add to it to make it better. I also ordered the bagel with butter.. it was loaded with butter. Could barely eat it. Please do better.

Waited 27 minutes for 4 coffees and 4 simple breakfast sandwiches. Eggs looked old, sandwiches were a joke, and all the employees (besides one) were very unprofessional and not helpful. Another guy in line asked to check on his coffee (after about 25 minutes of waiting) and the lady making his coffee was very rude and then didn’t even put ice in his iced coffee. Another employee was telling another customer how he hates working there and he would rather work in a bar. I understand working in the food business is very tough right now due to understaffing and shortages, but no one was being rude to the employees and all the customers were very patient and kind. The employees did not need to treat their customers like this. Out of the 4 sandwiches, not one was edible and we ended up throwing everything away. 3/4 of the coffees were decent, but the pumpkin spice latte was undrinkable, not sure how it was messed up but the flavoring was gross and we ended up throwing this away too. Spent somewhere around $50 all together and was unable to eat/drink about 70% of what we purchased. Super disappointed with this service and food/drink quality. I understand things are tough right now and I didn’t expect super high quality but I think they can do a little better than this.

Both grilled cheeses were burnt on one side and uncooked on the other. Employee on speaker and at window was unenthusiastic and quiet. Order took much longer than other Tim Horton’s locations such that the line grew pretty long behind me. Very unprofessional location.

This used to be my least favorite Tim Horton’s, but the crew there now is amazing. Our drinks are always made perfect and they even go above and beyond. My niece wanted a specific donut with sprinkles, they didn’t have it, so they made one of her.

Timmy’s is stepping up their game. I’m a “Boston /Bavarian cream or nothing” person when it comes to doughnuts and TBH have avoided Tim’s in past bc the doughnuts always seemed dry with barely enough filling to even know if you got a filled doughnut. BUT we’ve stopped by a couple times recently and OMG they have been AMAZING! So full and fresh and the drive thru attendant has been on point. Keep up that good work

We stopped by quickly on a road trip, Desmond and the crew assisted us, they were soooo wonderful. Food was hot and fresh and they provided excellent service. We appreciate you so much for contributing to making my birthday trip special <3

The kid working walked away when I came up, ignored me for seven minutes while he pretended there was only a drive through…. Never even acknowledged an ETA for service… I eventually just left, unserved. Won’t bother with that nonsense again, and I’m Canadian, this should be my happy place…

Tim Hortons seems to be everywhere you go in the area of Canada near Niagara, and probably elsewhere in Canada. This makes it easy to discover your favorite menu items and get them again regardless of where you are.

First time at this location to pick up a mobile order for a few boxes of Timbits! Customer service was quick and friendly! I was happy the order was ready within a few minutes, as I was in a hurry. No wait around 9:15am…will be back again! Thanks, Abe!

Gas station location. Quick service although they forgot part of our order. Timbits are smaller than they are in Canada. Not sure why.
