Extremely loud atmosphere to the point it’s difficult to communicate with the cashier. The meats were tough, bread so hard it literally cut my gums. Sandwiches are hard to fold and aren’t cut.

The new General Manager, Ally has renewed the same spirit of Penn Station that was there for 16 years. I went in there and people were vibrant and Ally had that place to a new beginning. Go back and eat and enjoy the love and kindness of the new Manager. It does matter who runs a place. Ally will make you welcome. Welcome back the new Penn Station. The food was even fixed better with pride. You go girl, women rule, like great mothers. I be back eating there again. Give her support.

The food was good! I got the Turkey avocado wrap and it maybe needed a little more salt but the fries were delicious and made up for it in that department!

I have never had a sub that leaked so much oil that by the time I got home, the bag was saturated with oil that caused a tear in the bag and my fries dumped out. I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich….. paid nearly $20 for this meal. Upsetting!

Love, love, love PS! Phenomenal! First time I experienced the goodness was roughly 7+ years ago. Average a few times year. Only ever had 1 type of sub. Artichoke w/mushrooms. Its so perfect I have zero desire to change it up. I will attest that they have other delicious subs as well. In fact I’ve never heard a single complaint from any purveyor of their food. Oh and to top of an already great sandwich experience the fries are delightful and the cookies are worth going just for a cookie. I literally have on multiple occasions. Sweet tea and other drinks on fountain. This location always impresses. I call ahead often for pickup and have never had an issue with my order. Place is clean, put together, and service is outstanding. If you haven’t you must!

Employees really need to know that there is no substitute for hand washing. When you are messing with someone’s food you should wash between each station and between messing with each customer. Taking cash and then putting gloves on does not mean you have clean gloves on. Everything you just touched is now on your gloves if you don’t wash your hands. Money is literally the nastiest thing on earth. DON’T GET SOMEONE SICK,WASH YOUR HANDS IT ONLY TAKES A MINUTE, 2 TOPS. Guarantee no one complains because your being safe
