I dislike when restaurants attempt to bypass it’s time adherence on the drive through by making people wait out front. These time limits are put in place to encourage timely delivery of food.

The female manager from Madera was completely awesome. She cares not about her customers but most importantly her coworkers. She’s completely a manager that every company should have. She’s amazing.

Listen to how nasty this store is: after messing up my kids burger I gave it back to them. I watched the guy making burgers to make sure they made it again the way I ordered. As i watched, they took the meat OFF my son’s returned food and slapped it onto another person’s burger at the drive through! I kid you not. No one answered the customer service number so I’m leaving this review to warn you all before you get food poisoning. Also the diner smells like sewage. Really gross

We arrived 30 minutes before closing; the person in the drive thru said ‘order when you’re ready.’ There was a muffled silence followed by ‘we sold out of everything.’ Lazy, lying pieces of trash.

I was just told to leave this restaurant because my service animal was not wearing her vest. The older lady told me she’s not allowed in the store without physically wearing a service animal vest/tag. That is not true it is up to the discretion of the owner, legally. For all she knows I was a diabetic and did not have time to look for her vest bc of a sugar crash. Luckily that was not the reason.

Food is average. The draw was the meal deals which added value to this place. Once the deals went away or prices increased because of covid it became not so worth it.

Since this place does not offer in-store dining had to go through the drive-thru, they screwed up my order but only realized it when I got home, it’s very frustrating since I’m allergic to the condiments that I asked not to be put on my burger ( but was on my burger when I got home) had to throw it out. Was not going to drive the 5 miles back to the restuarant to complain about it. Just wasted $10 of my hard earn money and will NEVER RETURN.

Chicken pieces are sooo small, they are almost Cornish hen sized! We all got the 2 piece meal deal with root beer. The sides were good size and all of the food was tasty. Root beer was extremely good and fresh!
