I visit here often as I work in this area. The sushi is always spot on, affordable, and delicious. I’ve tried numerous rolls, and they are all delicious. My favorite roll is the Golden Apple Roll (spicy, crunchy salmon, Fuji apple, mango w/ Mango sauce). I typically visit for lunch and order ahead, but I have been there for dinner, and the experience is the same. I’m also a big fan of the Basil Chicken & Teriyaki Chicken. Cannot brag about them enough!

I was looking for a place to eat in Gainesville and found this great restaurant! Its setup was really nice, and the food was good and well-priced. My daughter had a sushi roll and loved it! I had a very good-quality pad thai and really enjoyed the vegetable tempura. I will definitely visit again!

I’ve gone to Liquid Ginger maybe 15x over the course of 5 years. The most recent was tonight. There were 4 of us, I and one other ordered the Liquid Ginger ribeye and one of us got the spicy ginger ribeye. We all requested medium rare. Both LG ribeyes came out just shy of well done, the spicy ginger was a medium. Tried to let the waitress know and she just stared at me until I said it was fine and I proceeded to eat my tough steak. I have dined here in the past and that ribeye is one of the best steaks I’ve had but it’s been so long that I barely remember now. At just over $25 for a cut of steak and a little bowl of white rice, they could at least cook it to the correct temp. Super disappointed, and l won’t be going back.

I had pad thai noodles w/chicken and soup which totaled to $10.20. The food was good but there service was meh. The greeter was very nice but the server wasn’t very knowledgeable on the menu items. My friend has various food allergies so we were asking about ingredients and the server said “I don’t know I’m not the cook”. Ok… I would recommend Liquid Ginger puts some kind of clarification next to menu items for people with food allergies.

I really liked this place I went during lunch and ordered the chicken bulgogi. The lunch special was only $10, and it came with miso soup and salad. The portion size was a bit small but that makes sense because it was lunch and cheap. Our waiter was really nice and the food came out very quickly. I liked the vibes in there, there wasn’t many people at the time I went and it was pretty quiet.

Wow, a restaurant that hates women. I messed up and wanted to take my husband here – he wanted delivery pizza. He was correct on his assessment of a ***** run restaurant . Fake menu items! From drinks, to appetizers, to entrees. We got it loud and clear; you hate women taking their men out to dinner.
