Ordered 3 pizzas via mobile app (at 4:30) to pick up for 5pm. Arrive at 4:50 they tell me it’ll be 7-10 minutes (was expecting that) 5:10 pm I go back inside tell them I have an online order and they proceed to try to give me 2 pizzas that were just out sitting on the counter. They then realized they were missing a pizza and scaned my order as done (assuming to keep ticket time down). I asked the lady how long it’d be she said about 6-10 minutes. We decided to go get drinks from sonic then returned at about 5:25pm were given 3 pizzas. One was SUPPOSED to be cheese with pretzel crust, one pepperoni with stuffed pretzel crust and one pepperoni regular stuffed crust. I was given 1 pepperoni with pretzel crust, 1 pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust and 1 pepperoni regular stuffed crust. So instead of waiting another half hour to get the correct pizza we left and decided that we would not be ordering there. NOTE TO ADD I only saw 2 ladies there one was on the phone while the other ran herself ragged. Do better

Every other little Cesar’s I order the ExtraMostBestest from gets it right, but at this one it’s always just a regular hotnready and it’s always over cooked, even when I order it online. Anytime I get it from a different location it’s light and fluffy and gooey and tastes amazing, but it’s always hard and over cooked here. Not to mention I have to call the store 14 times in a row to get anyone to answer at any time of any day.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any pizza place. Nobody was wearing gloves when touching the pizzas. There was no hair nets or hats being worn(and some of the employees had long and crazy hair). The employees were saying the F word in every other sentence. The food tastes ok but just knowing how it was prepared has churned my stomach. All in all they get two stars for flavor, and zero stars for service/atmosphere.

Worst customer service on the planet. They run out of things I can understand, but this should be updated in real time on the App or you should get courtesy call. They then want to charge you more for you to exchange it….$2 dollars more . My time is valuable just as much as theirs. They run people off because that’s one less person they have to serve.

Called to ask what ingredients are in the pizza dough, girl says “idk” and hands tour ohone to a guy, he says “flour, dough, oil, and something else.” I say “dough is made of things, it’s not an ingredient, and what is the something else?” He hung up on me and now they won’t answer the phone….VERY unprofessional and definitely not a way to do business with people who have food allergies….
