This is probably the worst service I have had here. I don’t come often, but the order taker in drive-through is rude, we got these fries, suppose to be medium and they are nothing but half inch crumbs. When we asked what size they were the girl yelled at us. I tried to call the store and complain but the line just rings that on the bottom of the receipt. I would not recommend anyone to go here with this service.

Come on it’s roast beef, french fries and a soda. Roast beef was cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Soda, request no ice. Of course they put ice in it. Took 5 minutes to get them on the speaker so I could give my order. Took 10 minutes to give it to me.

Lesson learned – Always check your sandwiches before you leave the location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered six of the same sandwich, the person taking my order laughed. When I pulled up to pay, I said, “I heard you laugh. Do you have enough of the ingredients to make the six sandwiches?” She, the manager replied, “Yes, we just had to more portions.”

Not one car at the Arby’s. I waited 10 minutes in line by myself and everything was cold and old. Will never return. No wonder sonic across the street has all the service there. Will NEVER COME BACK. Absolutely awful…I waited more than 10 minutes w/only 1 customer in front of me & paid over $11 for a single meal. This is what I got, a smashed wrap & the wrong drink. Spare yourself & head to Sonic or Wendy’s right next door. Last time I ever stop at any Arby’s.
