Our Order was 30 minutes late from pickup time. Didn’t receive half of my order. Tried calling back multiple times and never heard back. Finally got ahold of a manager who stated they refund the order. We waited a week and called back since we never received the refund. We spoke to a new manager who said they would refund it, but it never came. We ended up reaching out to the corporate team who told us that each location is independently owned and that they sent a message to the owner. We still never heard back.

Ordered delivery. 2 sandwiches and the regular plate. Both sandwiches barely had scraps of meat, no sauce, and the cheese was missing. The regular plate never came.

I got the 3 meat combo. The pork ribs were spoiled. It was as though the meat had turned and then they went ahead and cooked it anyway. Did not get my BBQ sauce. Mac and Cheese and BBQ beans tasted like they came out of a can. There was nothing unique about them. I had wanted an authentic, home-made type of experience. Brisket was okay, kielbasa okay. Both would have been better if I had some BBQ sauce.

Order online if you want the BBQ. It’s not that great though. No BBQ or seasoning on my pulled pork at all. I had to ask for it.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. So disappointed that I waited an hour to get my food and half was missing. The portion that did come was full of fat. Absolutely disgusting.

Should have read other reviews prior to ordering.. I ordered a family meal with chicken and brisket. There were 4 small slices of brisket and scraps of chicken… sounds a lot like the other reviews. Steer clear.
