I will only give this 2 stars instead of 1 because one employee was professional, the other was not. I paid for a $20 large pizza because I wanted pepperoni lovers with mushrooms added. 5 pepperoni and a few mushrooms on the whole thing.. that was a $8 pizza maybe.. left a $5 not knowing it was trash.

The worst experience I ever had with a pizza place! I ordered my food online and was told it would be ready at 6:55 for pickup but I never got my food until 7:30. Second, I ordered alfredo pasta and when I got there was told they were out and had to choose a different one. Third, I ordered a half mushroom half olive pizza and they made a pepperoni one instead. WHAT?! How do you mix-up the two? Finally, I ordered stuffed crust with another pizza and of course I didn’t get it. The food I did get was below par. I will never go to this location again!

Alright, if a business doesnt have any staff they should simply be closed for the times they can not staff their establishment. Pizza hut in Baden for delivery. Call center can not understand me, says im cutting out, i hang up and place my order online ubstead. Wait forever. Food is supposedly delivered. No food. I drive from economy pool to pizza hut and they have 1 person working the whole restaurant. No drivers. They use Uber for deliveries. No one know where my food went. Now I sit waiting for them to remake it because I can’t even get a refund because there is no manager here. Honestly. Just be closed.

Honestly one of the best Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to. The manager on duty served us and was so friendly and attentive. The food was fast and good. The salad bar was fresh and crisp.

Was upset on a Sunday because the local pizza shops are closed on Sundays. After thinking I was settling for pizza hut, I talked to John, and got an order lined up. It was sp flicking good! Actually really happy with the my order. John was the man!
