We’ve ordered from here twice and have been very pleased with the online ordering process, and very pleased with the food! The pizza crust is great and we love the ground sausage a lot. My son really loves the Paparoni rolls!! Delivery is fast and no problems.

The staff here are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food isn’t good. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and wings. All of the food was way overcooked. The pizza barely had any sauce at all on it. It was like eating cheese bread. The sausage was chipped into micro sized bits of meat–smaller than ground beef. The sausage was burnt and crunchy. I believe they overcooked it before baking it on the pizza so it was twice cooked and burnt and crunchy. The pepperoni was mini pepperoni slices instead of full slices. The crust was overcooked and had big bubbles all over it. We put it in the fridge the overnight. The next day the pizza slices were like slices of cement. Even the “complimentary” popcorn was old and the bag filled half way. The wings barely had sauce on them and were overcooked. They’re clearly trying to save money by skimping on ingredients while charging higher prices. I wish I’d gone to Little Caesar’s. The food would have tasted better and I would have saved $30 and the tummy ache this gross food gave me.

We’ve gotten delivery twice since the new Waterloo Road location opened and this is our new go-to! Everything we’ve tried has been great! The Hawaiian pizza is the best I’ve ever had – their extra ingredients are the perfect taste combination! The Mac& cheese with bacon and broccoli is excellent, as is the ice cream. Delivery is quick and friendly. Online ordering is easy. Looking forward to trying more items!

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Oh em gee! Delicious!! Pizza AND salad – YUM! Great food, great quality, great service! Received our delivery order so fast, and I really wish I got the name of the driver because he was awesome! So friendly to me and my 3 year old! He even thanked me for the tip I gave online and I definitely didnt expect or need a thank you, he did US a service, THANK YOU!!!! Awesome guy! And you KNOW the food is good when my son, pickiest of all picky eaters, ate THREE pieces of pizza! We will definitely be ordering again!
