I placed an online order for 6:30 and they close at 7:00 and they couldn’t make me what I ordered because they were closing in a half an hour. They told me to get a refund. I had to come back tomorrow and talk to the manager when in reality that’s ridiculous. If you can’t do orders, you shouldn’t take online ordering before you close. I can appreciate that. They asked me if I wanted anything else but I ordered what I ordered and that’s what I wanted.

Ordered coffee… was good. I also ordered 2 bagels, 1 with cream cheese and the other with butter. (the one with cream cheese for my mom). I got my bagels back to work to eat n there is barely any butter on it. It looked like they used my bagel to clean the residual butter off their knife. and seeing as this was all I would have to eat until I get our of work. very disappointing

I went to this dunkin.. and it was the worst visit ever. The handicap ramp was littered with pinecones and caused my knee scooter to almost dump me on the ground, cast and all. The the staff were complaining about how much they disliked their jobs. The coffee lids kept popping off spilling the coffee.. but thank goodness not as badly as the car next to us.. that had a whole large hot beverage spill all over the seats..

I work across the street and I’ve honestly never been a “regular” customer before, anywhere. However the folks working this store know my order and usually have it made by the time I reach the counter which is nice. They’re very consistent with the occasional ratio of sugar to cream being off but they are 100% humans and can absolutely make mistakes. remember that the next time you mess something up at work. More importantly they are accountable and honest about mistakes and have never made me upset. My only complaint is their closing time but no one I have met at the store level makes that decision. But they’re there when I need them! Fast fluent and consistent.
