Caribbean Latin Food will always taste better than Desert Latin food, too many Native Americans (Mexican Americans) are white washed to the point they’re either rushing to cook the food, or they’re just not seasoning their food at all in these restaurants. I don’t think Los Angeles, Mexican food is the actual authentic flavor of Native American’s in Mexico. This is the white hispanic flavor of Spain. Idk what else to think of this.

First of all the food here is terrible, I got a california burrito and I opened the tin foil wrapper just for it to literally fall apart.. The people working in the kitchen don’t know how to wrap a burrito, poor work entirely! Overall, the food is definitely NOT worth the price. It has no flavor and some of the meat tastes like its gone. I would not recommend, there are so many other better mexican food truck/restaurants then this place.

This is for el monte truck. They serve dry birria with no condiments. They dont have taco tuesday specials! fake advertised by the food truck. And very expensive. The tiny broth cup for 4 dollars is ridiculously priced. No wonder they dont have a location set up they would have 1 star. But it is a part of charlies tacos chain so leaving this here.
