I heard many good things about Qdoba all over the internet so I thought I would give it a try. I decided to get a burrito with the cholulu hot chicken & a side of queso and chips. I was very disappointed with the burrito. It had only a couple pieces of meat on it. The chicken was extremely good but there was barely in there. Probably not even a small spoonful. Also had 2 others order and that was an issue regarding their burritos as well. If you are looking for a high quality burrito place that you can actually taste the meat, check out Salsa Grille. You will not regret it! It is around the same price as well.

Paying almost $13 for lunch & receiving the smallest amount I’ve ever gotten in all the times I’ve come here! You know when you get to choose your veggies and such? The guy gave me literally drips not a dollop of sour cream, which for me offsets the spices & helps me digest it easier. It looked so pathetic by the time he got done fixing it for me, that I asked 3 different times, “is this it?did you give me any sour cream? Did you give me cheese on top & not Queso cheese?” looks like I’ll be going to Chipotle from now on instead. I’m not even recommending this place until they give us a rightful portion of food for the price!

It was busy and took a little longer than expected, but the lady serving me was friendly. The food was good, but skimpy compared to Chipotle. After eating, I discovered that the bathroom is disgusting. The toilet has been leaking long-term and caulked over allowing toilet water to ooze out all over the floor.

Store listed as open until 9:00PM. Placed online order at 7:40PM. Card was charged. Upon arrival to the store I was refused service and informed they are, “no longer taking orders.”

Really disappointed in our latest visit. They were breaking down grills at 8. Don’t close till 10. Out of fajitas, black beans and Tortilla soup. Stale chips. Husband said they had people coming in for mobile pickup orders and none were ready. Didn’t even fill one of our bowls up enough by a lot. Definitely not up to usual standards. Paid $40. Way to much for what we got and lack of what we came in for. Called the store and manager explained the situation. He said it’s normal to start breaking down grills at 8 and that they had been out of fajitas all day and ran out of black beans and soup too. Idk about you but every place I’ve worked at in the food service industry sends someone out to get ingredients if it’s an integral part of service. I’d say fajitas would make that list and if you run out of things 2 hours before close I would be making more. Husband said they definitely weren’t slow, lots of people in there when he went in. Manager said he was sorry but that was it. Overall just very disappointed.

Really enjoyed the vegan impossible tacos here. They were soo good. The rice and pinto beans are delicious and the chips are out of this world with the lime seasoning on them it makes your mouth water. It’s pricey for the vegan impossible tacos(over $4 a taco) but the “meat” is nicely seasoned. Store is nice and clean, my service was good.

The girl making my burrito had long hair past her butt and when she turned to check if something was in stock, her hair swung into my food. I told her “your hair just got into my food” and she said sorry was going to continue adding onto my burrito. I asked her to remake it and she huffed and puffed about it. Half the ingredients were out of stock. The guy in the back complained about his shift to the entire restaurant. I paid nearly $20 for a small burrito with chips. Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Nice atmosphere but staff remind me of the sloths from zooopia. …. literally!

Ordered through the app hoping to save time. Ended up waiting thirty minutes past the time it was supposed to be finished. Five people working behind the counter, and no line. The manager was there, and proved to be useless. A single girl made my entire order. While the others played around, and watched her. The “tip” before the service is bs. They didn’t deserve anything. I know I should have gone to chipotle. Will not return.

Not my favorite Qdoba, the chips seem to always be stale (or have stale ones mixed in) and they always have way too much salt. The quesadilla is pretty good . The one off Dupont is much better. Lately it seems like they are always out of diet Coke, the only diet choice for soda. The service always fast and friendly. It is usually clean.
