worst panda express ever. i needed a charger and the two in the lobby were being used so i plugged it in with the bathroom outlet. the workers unplugged it without saying a word to me. they moved it and never mentioned anything to me about touching my personal stuff.

Young immature lady name Liz working the drive thru manager (Ana) makes it no better they all work together in their bullcrap. Some of my meat was halfway cooked and Liz tried to argue with me saying it was jus mad and it’s cooked .. we need different workers to serve us, them attitudes make the food taste nasty AF! Then manager says no refund,, I won’t be eating Panda Express NO TIME SOON , ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION

Your basic, fast food Asian restaurant. Nothing amazing or authentic. But it’s good enough for a Chinese food craving. Personally I like it all to an extent. And the food is usually freshly made. The portions could be bigger. But like I said. It’s a backup for quality Asian cuisine. Good enough, fresh and for the most part clean, sums it all up.

0 stars….The food items that I usually get at Panda Express was not available. The entree and or food that I did receive was cold the rice was hard the noodles were hard and still the food was just thrown together. When I returned less than 3 minutes to get a refund because the food was not at all edible the young lady named Sierra Santana not only tried to say that I did not order from there because they have been closed for 10 minutes but refused to give me a refund. I ended up calling the Fort Worth Police Department with my receipt in hand. I was told that the general manager was a j a e s u n g y o o n. And that I could call back in the morning and get my refund I called no one is answering the phone. I will be contacting the news. Is this Panda Express or all pandas Express do not give refunds then there needs to be a notice posted on the doors and in the Drive-Thru. This is robbery do not serve inappropriate bad food that can make someone sick or break off their tooth and then refuse to give them back their money.
