I went to this location for the first time on Tuesday before work and ordered a Tai Chicken Wrap through the drive through. At the window, he repeated my order back and swiped my card. I went back to work with my wrap and it was a chicken Caesar wrap instead. Upsetting but not the end of the world. I gave them a second chance last night and kept it simple with a #1 Pepe. I was the only one in the drive through… there was no way they could possibly mess up my order. When I got back to work to eat, it was a dry roast beef sandwich. I’m not sure what the issue is but I will not be returning. Sorry not sorry.

We love Jimmy Johns… order it 3 or 4 times a month for delivery. Everyone is always super nice and the food is usually great. However, the delivery service has been very disappointing lately. Definitely not the people delivering it, they always apologize for the wait, and it’s beyond their control when they are busy and don’t have enough help… I just mean the amount of time it takes to get it. Tonight we ordered our food at 5:15pm, still wasn’t here at 6:20pm so I called to see how much longer it would be. I got informed it is ready, they are just busy and waiting for the delivery guy to get back. Here’s to hoping we get our food by 7:15pm . Not feeling the freaky fast hype ♀️

I love eating here during the summer months because I absolutely love the Tai chicken wrap (even though I very much dislike the almost $10 price tag). But this location seems to always out of something- cucumbers, the crunchy topping, etc. so that’s a bit frustrating especially considering the price.

Bought a giant #7 from Papillion location, got home and the bread was very, very hard. Called the store, nice associate credited my account and apologized. Three days later went to Papillion to buy another #7, different associate could not find the credit. at the drive thru speaker he questioned my credit, why did I have a credit, how much was the credit, he was rude and accusing. I told him I had a bad sandwich, now after being told it would be made right, your telling me there will be no credit, I guess I need to be done with JJ. He said okay, have a nice day. After many years, I will not be returning to Jimmie Johns due to poor product and service.

Twice in the past couple of months, they have given me someone else’s order in the drive-through. When I asked them to refund it to my card (as I’m not sure I’ll return) they said their system does not allow that which is crazy cause I have never heard of a system that won’t allow that before. Extremely frustrating that I paid for something and did not receive the food I asked for. When I explained to the manager of the situation, all she offered me was a two dollar credit. If this happens to somebody with food allergies, this could be extremely dangerous.

They should take freaky fast out of their slogan. Sandwich is ok, just don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. We were in line for over 15 min with only two cars ahead of us. Happened to us two days prior as well so I don’t think it was just an odd order.

Hate leaving bad reviews but when the customer service is this bad you can’t let it go. I stood there for at least a minute maybe two with no other customers in the restaurant and 3 employees. One at t yes drive through and the other two – girl and a guy- talking to each other. I was never greeted and never helped. I interrupted the girl who had a unapologetic attitude if she could take my order of that would be ok. She never apologized and looked like she hated helping me. I would rather have no employees versus bad employees. This is the only Jimmy Johns I’ve ever seen ran this poorly. Practically had to beg to spend my money here. Horrible!!

I have never had a normal experience at this Jimmy John’s location. Out of about 12 times going through the drive through, I’ve gotten: ridiculously long wait times just to order the food, super long wait times getting the food, incorrect orders, rude staff.
