If I could give negative stars this place would get -5 or more stars. Was there last night around 1115-1130pm after getting off work from working over 11 hours, hungry wanting something quick. The staff was very very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I understand it’s close to closing time but that’s no excuse. The person that took my order on the speaker was rude and had an attitude. When I got to the window to pay she didn’t know what my order was, once I paid she said nothing; not even after I said thank you, just looked at me and walked away. Once I got to the window to get my food, they didn’t know what I ordered either. Gave me a wrong order and then started pulling food out the bag and putting other food in. At least she said you’re welcome when I said thank you. When I finally get home and sit down to eat the food was terrible. I ordered $5 Biggie Bag with double stack with no onions. Order was wrong. I got a cheese burger that had very hard bread, meat was hard and cold, and cheese was cold and not melted; fries cold and hard; and the 4 count nuggets only hard 3 oh they were hard and cold also. The only thing that was right was the bottle of water. The food was not edible. Absolutely nasty food! Not one person that was working would’ve been ok with receiving food like that, not to mention eating it. It’s a shame that people pay their money and then can’t eat what they pay for.

The night crew that was there when I placed my order, all need to be replaced. One guy is In flip flops with his feet on the counter. On of the cooks had his pants sagging, underwear showing and constantly pulling up his pants while touching food. The rest of the gang is sitting around, on their phones. Just a great set of individuals to ruin the Wendy’s brand. I see a lot of folks in there with more attitude than actually doing their jobs. If they don’t like their job don’t give the customer attitude. Make better life choices, that way you don’t end up doing a job you dislike.

My preferred location to go to until recently. Past couple times we’ve ordered, each time the food we received wasn’t what we ordered. Alas, we’ve had to stop and go back inside to get it corrected. Also have noticed we’ve no longer automatically been given receipts neither when paying nor on the bag so it’s even more difficult to get the order corrected.

This was the absolute LONGEST WE have EVER SAT at a “fast” food restaurant. We will not be back. Took 30 mins to get 2 frostys. Then got our order wrong..how do you get 2 frostys wrong?

Moved to savannah January 9 and I visit at least once a week. I’ve been to many locations across the country because I travel for work and this is by far the worst location I’ve been to. Yes the food is always hot but the serving sizes are extremely small. I order the same thing every time but I’ve never gotta all 10 of my nuggets unless I say something about how I didn’t get all my nuggets last trip. I’ll get back count 7,9,7,8,9 nuggets. They never give enough fries either. Last night I had so few fries i could see the white at the bottom of the fry box, I had to count them as well. I instantly dumped them out an had 23 fries. That’s absurd, I literally had to go back and by a burger cause I was still hungry. Problem is I asked for no mustard do to allergy and no onion, the burger was drenched in mustard so I threw that out. Very rude people, from the the top of management on down (except one young man that usually takes orders in the evening and wears a baseball cap) these employees hate their jobs and it shows through how they treat you and other customers when you come inside to order, god forbid you want to sit down, it’s so uncomfortable. The only pros to the location are cleanliness which isn’t the best still and speed EVERYTHING else is bad bad bad.

This place randomly closes the diningroom. The doors are locked and people are forced to use the drive thru. I just don’t understand it. I imagine it’s a staff shortage issue but I have never experienced anything like this from a national chain fast food restaurant except of course, when COVID was a national issue. There is no good reason for this now.

We ordered baked potatoes and wanted to get the cheese, bacon and butter on the side but the person taking the order couldn’t understand that, finally she set it up with bacon and “cheese sauce” on the side but when we got the potatoes (after waiting for 10 min) one potato came loaded with cheese and bacon, and the other one potato was totally plain. We will not be returning to this Wendy’s. The person taking the order was not friendly or accommodating, but instead had an “attitude”.
