After a bumpy start, Taqueria Las Mulas have totally redeemed themselves! We all deserve another shot and they didn’t disappoint. I came in for street tacos and I enjoyed the steak and pastor. Food was fresh, and my server was extremely friendly and attentative even though she was the only one for the entire restaurant.

We ordered steak tacos, beef fajita, and burritos. The food was good but the sauces werent. The verde was a bit of too plain. Need to add a little kick to it. Not a bad place to try out for street tacos.

Everyone ate their food so we will be back. They do need more staff for weekends. Seem like homemade tortillas and authentic flavors. I had the lomo chile arbol plate and it is a bit spicy, thin pieces of steak.

Friendly staff, clean inside, and the food is very hit or miss on taste. The tacos are fantastic – had two asada tacos…great pick! The salsa that comes with the chips- great! As stated earlier, friendly and very attentive staff. Kids menu – I would recommend staying away from the chicken nuggets as they were super greasey and tasted like it…made my daughter sick. Still, I would recommend this place as a once in awhile dinner or a late afternoon meal.

First time trying food here. Great chorizo and asada tacos. The carnitas and barbacoa were good but I’ve had better. Overall though I will definitely try some of the other meats because they are priced well.

Me and my buddy stopped in here for lunch one day and we ordered some street tacos and an order of the birria tacos. I will say I am always on the hunt to find the best Birria tacos and these were probably some of the best if not THE best! The tortilla was crunchy the meat was tender and flavorful and the broth was spectacular!!

Got the order wrong three times and was giving attitude when we would ask her about it. The food was bland. The pastor is definitely not true pastor same with the asada. Only good thing about this was how crunchy the birria taco was but again flavor wasn’t there for those either. Only thing I would recommend would be the special of crunchy chicken tacos.

Best migas I’ve had north of Bexar County and the barbacoa was authentic too. Cannot wait to try their entire menu. No wait for a table or service Sunday brunch time. Very affordable. Large restaurant and clean. Let’s keep this place in business! Muy rica. Muy autentico. Menudo and barbacoa every single day. What a find!
