Awesome place! Great location with the nice patio. Awesome subs, awesome service and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. They certainly have a tasty sandwich menu and always have a slice of pickle to top it all off! My favorite sub is “ Cajun chicken “. Yummy! I love their subs. All the subs I tried did not disappoint me at all. They were all delicious! They have a huge variety of sauces!

Normally, I really enjoy Firehouse Subs. However, even though this location was way off the strip, we paid over $30 for two sandwiches, 2 measly sized bowls of soup, and 1 drink. The other thing I noticed is that the sandwiches in Vegas are a lot smaller than the same size at other locations.

Absolutely THE BEST firehouse in town!! We recently drove into town from boulder and ate at the one closest to us (on sunset/marks area) which was AWFUL. They are lazy at that location when it comes to sandwiches, further more the quality and quantity doesn’t even compare to this location!! Now THIS location on eastern, was fast and they can make some delicious sandwiches!! We took a chance by ordering via phone and once we received order, there was zero risk involved! Our sandwiches were up to our expectations and the service was outstanding! Great job guys, we’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to your location than settle for the closer firehouse. Thanks again!

Cashier named Richie couldn’t figure out how to charge for a combo…….should not be a cashier. Also the floor and tables in lobby were all sticky with spilled soda. Employees just standing around.

Excellent sandwich shop, made custom or try one of their signature subs. Most come hot, but I always get mine cold! Fresh meats and ingredients. Staff always friendly, leaps and bounds better than Subway!

Love Firehouse overall, but this location has the WORST service for in person. Walked in at 1:30 pm today. 0 people in line. Ordered 1 medium sub. Told me, sir it will be a 20 min wait. I asked why. He told me they have a bunch of online orders and they will have to do those before they do mine. If that’s their choice that is fine, but this is not a location that deserves anything greater than a 1 Star for in person dining.
