Great Mexican food. Very large portions make it a good deal if you can eat a lot. The food was tasty and the ambiance was nice, bordering on too busy, but lots of stuff to look at. I feel the prices are very fair, especially for the amount they serve you. They have a child’s menu too. Choices on that were the perfect portion size.

Always great margaritas and hit the spot well made Mexican the special salsas worth a try. The miniature golf before or after dinner makes a bonus fun night and just a cute key West vibe place.

The food here is great! The husband and wife owners are chefs and take pride in the food that they prepare. No offense but your average Mainer isn’t into Mexican spices and prefers a more bland dish. These folks will ask you how you like it prepared according to your likes and dislikes. My fiancé and I are well traveled and have lived in Mexico and really appreciated them putting the authentic spin on all the food. With sample dishes from mini Mexican restaurants in Maine and outside of Portland this is hands down the best Mexican food we’ve had in NE.

I ordered a Bonanza Burrito and although the taste was acceptable, there was a two by two inch piece of chicken cut into four pieces and spread around in the sauce. Absolutely no exaggeration. If one does not mind this, then this is a to go Mexican Restaurant. Waitress was extremely courteous.

I’ve been going here for a year and a half now, and I was extremely upset with tonight’s chimichanga. The last 4 or 5 times I’ve ordered the chimichanga it was actually deep fried and had a crunchy outer texture. I was extremely disappointed to get one that was baked. I basically got a burrito instead. I dont usually like fried foods but this is the one thing I order that is fried. I even brought someone who has never been here before just to try it and we were both sorely disappointed. I brought it up to the waitress who offered to have in remade but I didn’t have the time to stay and wait for it to be redone. I am even more disappointed to find that they didn’t even take some of the cost off the meal I ordered after my complaint. Unfortunately I do not think I will be coming here again. This was my favorite Mexican restaurant for a long time, but after the way things were handled tonight I am highly unimpressed.
