I always have to get Hungry Howies when I’m visiting my home neighborhood. Get their garlic cheese crust on your pizza. Their sandwiches are amazing. The hungry Howie bread cannot be beat. I had Asiago on mine this time. Absolutely amazing!! Great prices.

Worst service! How do you blame the delivery driver when I’m sure they aren’t the ones who stapled my receipt to someone else’s order. Pic attached. Then the 5 miles I live from the location is outside your delivery zone and I’m stuck with food I didn’t order while you tell me that I’m outta luck!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over $20 on a pizza this evening and what I received was a big greasy mess. The pizza is so soggy you can’t even hold it in your hands and the kids don’t want to eat it. To make matters worse, I called to complain because I don’t understand how they could think this pizza was acceptable, and after giving me a really terrible excuse that it’s because of the pepperonis, the woman I was speaking to hung up on me. Terrible customer service, terrible product.

Order was delivered late and cold. And I ordered Thin crust but they delivered original. Tomatoes on Salad were spongy not fresh. Gave the driver a good tip even though late., It’s the holidays. Very Disappointed with the food Quality…. Cold pizza, spongy tomato on salad…. I Live I block from store. But I’m disabled. Very disappointed

Christina the store manager was absolutely fantastic! I was ordering pizzas for one of my friends who just had a baby, and she made the ordering process over the phone SO EASY! So personal, professional and wonderful at clearing up any confusion I had. She even wrote on the box “ Congratulations on the new addition” Lovely customer service, Boss better be treating her right because I have never had an fantastic experience like this! This is hands down the best hungry howies! They’re probably the business in Pinellas county and I would highly recommend that anytime you need a pizza from hungry Howie’s if you make the journey to come and get it made here. They have a brand new oven that’s got quite a high temperature which makes the pizza really really crispy. They’ve also just expanded their stores so they have more room to crank out more and more delicious food. I would recommend it anytime. You’re off 49th street.

Last Friday night I had my grand babies with me and we ordered pizza. It was the best pizza I have had in a very very long time and the kids also loved it. Tonight 5/20/22 I ordered one again and it is also amazing. Done perfectly. The girl that took my order was so friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Delivery was fast and driver was great too. This place is absolutely amazing! They stay so busy all the time and yet still are able to get the orders done so fast and right the first time! I’ve never had a problem with this location and something tells me even if I did they would do their best to correct it! The employees and boss are always so happy and friendly.
