But what made this a great experience was that my autistic son was on the verge of having a meltdown down, and one of the employees recognized what was happening. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 25 minutes watching 4 cars that arrived after I did get serviced before I was and I was at the speaker!!!!! The food here is not good enough to have this garbage of service. It then took another 10 minutes waiting to get to the window to get my food and another 15 to actually get my food. This is absolutely unacceptable for something that claims to be fast food.

Dine-in. Was acknowledged fairly quickly and ordered the spicy chicken sandwhich, onion rings and drink. The food was presented nicely, not messy or missing anything. Was pleasant good food for the price. The only thing I would say needs work is their soda and condiment area. There was no ice in the machine, no napkins or ketchup in the condiment area. Had to go to order counter 3 times to bug an employee to get each item. If they wish to control the ketchup or napkin use (understandable), they then should ensure to offer when picking up food. Interior is modern and clean. Would still come back though if in area again.

This is the 3rd time I come here & the 3rd time my order is wrong or missing items or both. I ordered 2 Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches & I got 2 regular sandwiches with pickles, this is the 2nd time. I called & told Vincent about the situation & he asked, “Do the sandwiches not have lettuce & tomatoes?” No Vincent, they DO NOT, if they did, I wouldn’t be calling, would I? (not what I said but geez) then he was like, okay, bring them back & I’ll replace them. Well, thank you for that, that’s mighty nice of you Vincent!! Let me just drive right on over cause I’ve got nowhere else to be & gas is so cheap, practically free. Here are pictures of the sandwich & receipt.

My husband went to get us a late dinner tonight and got the worst service ever . Had to repeat his order three times , on top of that gave him the wrong order once he got to the window giving him a hard time as it was ordering through the intercom. He had to get down and see what was going on and why the workers were not coo operating and why they couldn’t get nothing rite . Three girls one was a manager and two guys . Telling my husband he can go make it himself all cuz he asked why they couldn’t get it rite. Food was cold , didn’t even fill up my fries as it was a large. Will not be going back again .

The food is always good here. The orders a right. I’m giving a 3 star, because I used my debit card @ 8:00 pm on a Friday night. On a 14.00 order, I was scammed 1,400 on my card. A Mexican big lady. Wrote my #’s down & paid off a pay loan off! I never got my money back from my bank! I’m hoping she got caught& fired! I will never use an ATM card there again. Be aware of this!!!!!!! Cash only for me. I hope this girl gets karma back to her! I called the night shift manager. They were going to look into it. I saw her again 1 week later.I’m not sure what came of it! VERY MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
