So far my experience with this location has been hit and miss. I’ve picked up a couple times and didn’t have any issues, but ordered delivery through Doordash and the order was almost completely wrong. Call them and was told nothing they could do about it and to get a refund from Doordash (which I did). Frustrating, but it’s the same pizza that I grew up with hence the 4 stars, just need to make sure you are filling orders accurately!

Had a coupon for $5 off and when I went to pay at pickup they did not apply it. I let him know that it should have been $5 less and showed him a screenshot of the discount being applied when the order was placed. The guy pretty said “that sucks, have a good day”

Writing this review for the two young men that worked the register on New Years day. Didn’t get their names but one had a Santa hat and one had dark hair. I appreciated how friendly and conversational they were. They didn’t do anything that was extraordinary per se, but I walked out smiling and I appreciate that. Food was good. I tried the cauliflower crust pizza and I thought it was delicious. I’ll be back for that. They did forget our garlic sauce which was a little disappointing, but not tragic. Overall, it was a good experience for our first time at this location.

I shouldn’t have to complain about pizza in Strongsville. But this is an overpriced chain pizza with horrendous customer service. One of the worst experiences. The front counter staff person is wholly inadequate to be employed anywhere in food service. He treated every customer like they were bothering him by being there. He removed food tickets from orders and then had no idea whose order was sitting there. Waited 30 minutes at the store past the promised time because they forgot to make 50% of the order. When I got home the order was wrong. Called the restaurant and waited 15 minutes on hold. The only redeeming fix was that I was refunded.

Called to tell me that they don’t have a delivery drive 2 hours before close and food out of the oven. Came to pick up cold pizza by the time it got home , no cheese on cheese bread to where it burnt. The worst first impression. Good luck

I would not suggest ordering delivery from here. They do not actually have drivers and even though they state using door dash I’ve had better and quicker service using doordash app. directly. Two hours later and a cold pizza.
