What a horrible experience!! Dining room was closed. The 3 people i had contact with got order wrong after i tried to tell them. Then when i tried to hand receipt back. Young lady said NO WE’LL JUST GIVE IT TO YOU and slammed window in my face. Lady taking order looked under the influence and it least 5 times closed window in my face. Then a man came and said YOU’RE TRYING TO GET THEM TO GIVE YOU FREE FOOD? I of course said no I did not! All we ask for was craving box which is on menu and was told they didn’t have a 5 dollar box. And when we got home tie food was horrible and uneatable!! This store needs to be addressed. Our experience was Unexceptable..

Super long service, we were given an incorrect item, and when they fixed it, it still was wrong. My no ice drink still had ice, and when I asked for no ice again, this guy gave me a look like he didnt know what to do. I also asked for Diablo sauce, and they said they didn’t have it so I asked for Fire. I still didn’t get my sauce or even any napkins, so I went inside to get some and low and behold, guess what they had. Diablo sauce. So they lied to me. The only single redeemable quality, it tasted fine. Like normal Taco Bell. Horrible for the rest though.

The Gonzales location lately is out of everything or their app won’t work. I and a friend like to get their monthly $5 craving box which is on the app. Mobile orders do not work so we’re up a creek.

3 stars because they used the red sauce on my pizza vs the pizza sauce that they are supposed to use. Next time you’re out of the pizza sauce please tell me, I’ll order something different.

I travel a lot and order out whenever convenient. Seems taco bell just can’t get my order correct. Today I’m starting to give up with them. When asked for my order I tell em no beans extra meat on a nacho supreme,i get either extra beans no meat, or no tomatoes with the beans , or just one scoop of meat with no beans. I don’t know what to do but 4xs at different locations tells me a lot now. Check your orders before leaving this location as well.
