Pizza is my favorite food. The Big New Yorker from Pizza Hut was a Big Disappointment. The TV commercial is a false advertisement. They make it look as though the pizza is cheesy and full of pepperoni. Mine was just the opposite. It was dry and the pepperoni was scarce. Only good thing I can say is it was done in 15 min.

Disappointing. My pizza was dry and warm. Employees didn’t acknowledge that I was standing in front of them until after they finished their personal conversation. One of them was swearing (in front of my 8 year old child). Poor customer service all around. This is my second time going to this location. My first time was not a good experience either. I will no longer patron this location.

The wings were so dry and over cooked they were rocks. I waited in the no contact pickup drive thru line for over 20 minutes without the line moving. I finally pulled out of line and went inside to pick my food up which was cold because I had waited in that no contact non moving pick up line well past my pick up time. It was all cold by the time I got home. When I explained I had been waiting in the line that wasnt moving for over 20 minutes I got a shrug and eye roll. If someone orders there or their food isnt ready, make them pull over so the people who have food that is ready can get it. I really feel that I should get a refund for the whole meal since it was cold and inedible. It really was horrible. And I waited inside for 5 minutes without anyone asking if they could help me. One woman looked at me and walked right past the counter laughing and singing.

I ordered online! My order was PERFECT!!! It was ready, hot & fresh when we pulled up to the convenient drive-through. The staff Rod & Shanya were extremely kind & professional. I called to the manager (James) to express how pleased we were with our experience & he was the most humble, sweet & kind person ever! This was our first time at this Pizza Hut but I promise we will be regular customers! Thanks so much Shanya, Rod, and James for making our experience the best imaginable!

It is 7:48pm May 10, 2023, I walked into pizza hunt and there was no greeting at all. There were two females, one with long eye lashes and light skinned who looked me up and down after I said “hello” and one with box braids and on the bigger side that looked me up and down. They continue with the conversation, they were having not acknowledging the customer. The place is very ghetto and unprofessional. I called three times to talk to a Manager and they hung up on me. I will be calling corporate on these employee.

Would provide a zero if I could. I ordered at 1:17, promised order would be received at 1:50. At 1:58, I receive a random text from door-dash informing me that my order would be delivered by a 3rd party, delivery arrived at 2:28,. My order was incomplete and the food was cold and subpar. Woman at the window didn’t even acknowledge me for 5 mins. Chatting with coworkers. Very rude Then told me it was going to be another 10 minutes. So much for convenience . Hope the pizza is right after all this time, still waiting . Pizza awful

Aggressive, rude, poor customer service location and I would NEVER recommend anyone visit this location. Also, don’t take your small children because staff members attempted to attack me over a personal pan pizza for my child when they refused to answer whether orders could be placed on the drive-thru window AND the supposed manager lied about his name; He is a big african american, older man looks to be 50+ with a grey/black beard and built like Marc Henry the wrestler (James?); he told me 2 different names once it was apparent I was making a corporate complaint. My attorneys will be in touch!. He attempted along with a staff member to charge at me with my 7 year old daughter and got upset when I said I would file a complaint. The woman is brown complexion african american woman shaped like Johnny Bravo who attempted to attack me.
