I have never been so bothered by any place of service like this place here and the manager never the less. On top of scolding her employees infront of patrons, couldn’t make change for a hundred or give me any options at all so I find my self at McDonald’s ugh. And I am sure she didn’t like being told by an adult to keep it down and private while yelling at them employees. I really hope this review works for ur night manager with fresh dark tattoos on her forearm 8/18/23. Last time I am here. And also Thank u for making me wait 15 mins in ur lobby waiting for food to be made. What a disgrace of a joint.

The food was Panda normal. The customer service was the best part of the experience with the staff being very nice and hospitable! But the restaurant had wet and soaked floors. And the place was in a bit of disarray!

I forgot how much I actually like Panda Exp. This location has made my in person order correct each time, and it tastes freshly made , but don’t forget to ask for the sauces (Teriyaki)

We bought 6 plates and very under portioned , we come regularly, called and was told no maneger was on site , not the first time either very disappointed! The person who answered also said were supposed to tell the employee ??? that shouldn’t be our job to tell an employee. I understand the person is new but there should be someone with him training him.

Really rude there and food cold…some kind of service experience much needed. I went In there happy having a good day and somehow I was interacting with the girl serving me and she was so like unhappy she had to serve us customers in line..i ended up coming out upset and irritated

Do not door dash from here. Pick up your own food. The staff cares not for the meal if the client is not present. When it arrives at your door it is very messy and sloppy, you will get no plastic utensils, and 9 times out of ten your order will be wrong.
