This Papa John ‘s Pizza sadly don’t have enough varieties of dressings nothing but garlic dressing. And I also didn’t receive my receive with change. I only received my change so I didn’t get the chance to know the employee’s name. Bad consumer services. But the pizza was delicious!

This is my first time ordering papa John’s in years. I placed an order online today and called the restaurant to add an additional item to my order. After waiting an hour and half I decided to call the store for updates on my order. I was told that the driver came out but that I didn’t answer. I explained to the manager that I’ve been waiting in my living room this whole time. She then stated that drivers call first and if the customer doesn’t answer the phone they don’t come to the door. I asked her why, she said because if we don’t answer the phone first there’s no way for the driver to know if they’re delivering the pizza to the right house. I told her that didn’t make sense, being that you have an address. And you can verify that the moment the customer opens the door. Valerie was beyond rude, I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. She said she could send out the same cold order that had been sitting at the store or she could void the credit card charge. I was so appalled by her tone and aggressiveness that I told her to void it. And when I said I needed an email confirmation she hung up on me. I called back and asked her if we got disconnected or she hung up, she said she hung up. When I asked her why she would do that, she said she had orders to take and didn’t have time for this conversation. She said if I needed further verification I could drive over to the store tomorrow, and ask the other manager for a receipt. I was excited to try your product but after this experience I can confidently say I’ll choose a different restaurant with people who value providing customer service

Pizza quality at this location went down. I hope it’s not the direction all locations are headed but papa John’s used to be #1 in taste and quality, now it’s no different than a 5.99 pizza at little cesars. To top it off the girl had horrible customer service with an attitude.

Phone in Order was not correct. Lesson- have them repeat your order, and view your order before leaving, altho there may be “safety seal”. I was disappointed. “VIEW YOUR FOOD” ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY OR PICK UP. they will read one thing and give u another-VIEW YOUR ORDER.

First time I order something through uber eats with them. Staff didn’t do a good job on giving out the complete order. Called the store and was told by the girl who answered the phone and was told they had the rest of my order there but that they couldn’t do nothing about it. So there goes my money on the trash. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I can’t. They made me wait for about over 2 hours. 1. they gave my pizza to someone else. 2.They said “we’re sorry you made a mistake” then they tried giving me a smaller size and then what I really ordered. 3. then I had to stand there and argue with manager until one of his other employees said just give her what she wants what she really ordered. not only that they also must have everybody else’s orders that were there there is at least 10 other people waiting for messed up I don’t think I would ever go back to this Papa John’s

I enjoy ordering from here! I random got given a gift for a free large pizza after ordering for a pick up here. I would definitely order from here again in the future. I like how quick they are because I live 3 blocks away from here. Deliveries can take an hour so beware!
