My wife and I stopped in to Jose Pepper’s after a long day of work. We were greeted and taken to a booth as soon as we arrived. Our server, Fatima was fantastic. She greeted us, took our drink order, asked if we wanted any appetizers and made suggestions/recommendations from the menu. We placed our order and received our food in a very timely manner. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Fatima for your great service and suggestions.

Went to this location Saturday 8/5/23 and everything was fantastic! Even though the restaurant was packed, we had less than a 5 minute wait for a table. Our server, Chris, was extremely friendly and energetic and took exceptional care of us. The food was absolutely amazing. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could!

The food was really good, the server was awesome. Her name is Phoebe. I would give her five stars. The manager Sam, I would give him lower than a one star. We went out with some friends to celebrate birthdays. After our meal was done, Phoebe brought out our bill, and then later brought out some desserts to celebrate the birthdays. The manager Sam came to our table with phoebe and asked us what we were celebrating. I told him we were celebrating birthdays. One was today and the next one was on Monday. It was like he brought Phoebe there to reprimand her and make her feel bad in front of us. He had to be the most unfriendly person I’ve seen and the restaurant business. He then turned around and walked away while we were still talking to him so disrespectful. Phoebe then had to come back out and give us another bill of $6 . After all of this she still wished the lady’s happy birthday. Because of the manager Sam we will never be back to Jose peppers in Belton.
