I understand that this place needed to fill the roster for employment to open the place but they could’ve at least trained their very young personnel on how not over cool, burn or leave sitting out to harden before giving to the customer (pizza) or anything they serve for that matter. This is our second try at this location and it was a crash and burn. Literally! Every time! Not a single adult in that building! Not a single one of them with cooking or baking experience. And it shows. I absolutely LOVE DOMINOES to the fullest! But this place in Ripley, MS will waste your money, time and appetite. They don’t care how they serve the food to you nor if you return. I don’t know how they’re getting customers still because the employees and management dropped the ball on this one BIG TIME. I’ll drive 40 minutes out of my way to go to another Dominoes or just go to Marcos in Corinth than go another night of disappoint for wasting over $50 for absolutely nothing I want to eat… No thank you

Placed an order at 8:10 pm for my bf a pizza for his lunch at 10 at Ashley. Asked the girl I spoke with when I placed the order if they would be able to deliver at 10:00 because he wouldn’t have time to come get it, she replies, “yes, we will.” At 10:03 I started calling because the pizza still wasn’t there and we had already paid for it. His lunch is over at 10:30. I called back to back for an hour straight other than the one time I called New Albany to see if they could reach out. Needless to say, it’s 11:10, they are closed, and he still doesn’t have his pizza. Will NOT be returning!

I tried Domino’s for the first time here. And the pizza is so good. I have enjoyed it every time I order. Hot and fresh pizza every time. Highly recommended

Pizza was gross and doughy don’t order here because they’ll blame it on the pan instead of making it right my food is always gross from here go to pizza hut instead they actually make it right and will remake your order for you everytime and the managers there are all smart mouths

We were excited to see a Dominos open closer to us than Corinth or Booneville. On their opening weekend we ordered a few pizzas through their app. The “Pizza Tracker” showed our pizza being ready for pickup. When I went inside I waited in line and asked for our order. Turns out they hadn’t even started preparing it. When I got it home I discovered it wasn’t even prepared correctly, 3 regular pizzas when I ordered 3 extra cheese double meat (they sure charged me for the extras). All of us had stomach problems after eating it. A few weeks later we tried again… This time they left my wife waiting 30 minutes for her order that was sitting on a shelf getting cold.

I can’t even say how the food or service was considering they didn’t even give me the chance to. Backstory, it’s 7:20-7:30 p.m on a Sunday. I tried to order through the app to pick up first, but it wouldn’t let my order go through, so then I tried calling 4 times and received no answer. Then I drove to the store and their open sign was off but I could see them in the store goofing off, so I’m furious. Online it says they close at 11 so I’m confused as to why they were closed at 7:30. If I could leave a zero star, I would.

This store disappointed me. They are open until eleven and I put an order in before ten or tried to but they wouldn’t answer the phone and turned off ordering from online so I couldn’t put in an order which doesn’t make any sense if they were open for another hour. Especially when they’re quick about making food anyways. Very disappointing.
