Why is it so hard to get someone’s order correct? This is the 3rd time at this exact location that I have ordered biscuits and gravy and got plain gravy with no sausage. This time, I ordered B&G combo and a separate B&G and only 1 had sausage in it and you could definitely tell by color and texture that they were NOT the same batch and when you try to call this location to complain, the phone is NEVER answered!!!

Got in store and I was only customer in there. Went to counter and blonde girl behind counter got a call on her cell phone and talked on speaker for about 5 minutes and did not take my order. Finally the manager did and he was great,helped with my app. In the meantime the blonde behind counter was cussing up a storm! Using every word you could image because someone didn’t make it to work and she had to work late. Very unprofessional!! I’m glad my daughter was not with me. Or other customers. Will think twice about giving them my business.

Went through the drive-thru and upon receiving our food the hash browns were raw. Upon asking for our money back instead of waiting any longer and holding their drive-thru line up the lady at the window disappeared. An older female manager came to the window and we told her what was wrong and she argued with me over the RAW half-cooked food. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Will not be visiting there again and highly do NOT recommend it unless you like having employees ruin your day by being disrespectful to their customers. ZERO stars. Go to McDonalds!

What happen to Hardee’s the man that was working the front was super rude and loud short with custumers the drink area was out of coffee after a long wait he replace the coffee containers slammed them like it was my problem that they were out of coffee. I will eat somewhere else until they get rid of this guy, updated it has been some time since I have been here so I wanted to check it out, not very many customers food came fast but no napkins are put out the tea container is empty the floors are dirty almost all the tables are very dirty, drinks spilled on floors from breakfast, over all bad experience. Go some where else.
