Each and every time I go to this particular restaurant, there’s always a problem with my order. I usually get a 8-piece and four biscuits, a lot of the time they don’t have wings, this particular time it couldn’t give me four biscuits, they couldn’t give me the correct amount of chicken they had to substitute thighs for my wings. And it’s been an ongoing thing for the last past three times I’ve been there.

The store on marrimon Ave. Asheville nc. Morning crew as of 8/25/2023, had a great staff. Kind service and very good work ethic. The crew and manager were great at communicating with customers and each other. Making dine in experience enjoyable. Even though a little short staffed still got customers taking care of and keeping dining room open. I’ve been to all the asheville and surrounding area stores. All are friendly but most close dinning room due to short staff. Thank you for hard working staff that manage to keep indoor dinning available.

Its currently 5:20pm I walked here to get a late lunch. The employee’s are sitting in their cars on the talking on the phone. One woman yells at me through her car window “drive through only” and continues her phone call. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

They gave people chicken tender strips that were literally fully raw, like im talking completely raw not even cooked at all. That would make someone extremely sick and probably end up in the hospital. mistakes happen but If your going to listen to any review make sure your food is safe so you dont poison your customers.
