FOREIGN MATERIAL! I absolutely LOVE Panda Express. But today changed my view. I ordered an orange chicken bowl with rice and noodles. I took one bite and noticed something strange looking in my food. I pull it out and it is a gray piece of rubber, possibly caulking. I called the manager and was very disappointed in the way my complaint was handled. He did not offer a refund or replacement until I said that I wanted my money back, then he offered to remake my food. No thank you.

Absolutely awesome food for the price. Only issues with out visit was the delay in getting our chow mein and the orange chicken. Plus I feel the noodles were overly al dente. Too raw. We asked to wait for our order until it was all available. But they served us the items that were ready and said they would bring the noodles and orange chicken when they were prepared. We were 90% done with our meal when the noodles arrived and 99% done when the orange chicken was delivered. Even with the problems. I love Panda Express.

I absolutely love Panda Express just not this one. I knew before I went this evening that there would be issues because they are very new to Fort Smith. Most of the time any restaurant that comes to Fort Smith will have some issues and if it is a chain then the food will be horrible. Because of my love for PE I went anyway. I knew the drive thru would be a wait, not a problem. When I tell you the very sight of my food I was mad. The beef and broccoli looked like the kind you get from the grocery store and microwave and it tasted like it too. My grilled teriyaki chicken I don’t have words to explain how bad it was. The eggs in my fried rice was burnt, like burnt. I will never EVER go back to this one. I guess I’ll have to get it when I’m in Fayetteville. I’m truly disappointed by this. I wasted money on this when I should’ve just put that money in my gas tank and ate a PB&J ☹️

I’ve been there 4x since their opening and each time there was something off. But I figured they just opened so give them some time…. welp yesterday would be my 5th time and again I was very disappointed. First time fried rice was not cooked well. It was dry and hard (we refer to it as beebee shot rice) then 2nd time noodles was really dry. 3rd time it was the rice again. So about 2 weeks ago I got me a bowl with brown rice and again it was not cooked all the way. And now yesterday brown rice was not cooked fully. I know this must be lack of training or something because I go to Panda’s elsewhere with out these problems. Management needs to retrain or quality test their foods at this location, it is NOT up to par. Please fix this Pandas or you’re ot gonna make it.

Went in with my daughter and girlfriend because our power was out after a Storm. It was around 8:20 p.m. we went to order and they were out of most items and said there was a wait. We were okay with this but when the items were replaced they started filling all of the drive through orders instantly and almost ran out. Then the lady that brought us the food had our food wrong.

I’ll say this, the service was great, it’s fast and friendly and clean. The food? Not so great. It’s bland, tasteless and just blah. If your into food like this, ok, but we have many Asian restaurants in FS and most are very good. Cooked by folks who know how to cook Asian food with lots of good flavor. For what it cost me to eat here, I could get much more at one of our locally owned and operated kitchens and it’s so much better. 3 stars for being fast, friendly and clean.

Really would like to give 3.5 stars. Food was about what I expected from the last time I had it several years ago. Wasn’t bad, but for the price I’d much rather choose a local restaurant. If you’re looking for Chinese fast food this is it.
