I ordered 2 exact same burritos and a burritos bowl. Here is what I got: one burrito was half the size of the other one, the ingredients were mixed up and I feel cheated. When I complained online I got an offer of buy one get one free. I should have had my order refunded at least for the miniature burrito I received – avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve been going to this Chipotle’s location since it opened ~6 years ago so I’ve seen many changes including price hikes, high turnover rates with staff employees and managers so I say this as a longtime customer; this location has gone downhill as time has passed by. Today I went and the manager was flippant and you could tell he didn’t really want to be there as he made both of my steak 3-pointer burritos. I was shocked that the amount of steak has lessened and so I asked for double steak and with the small amount of beans I ended up paying ~$31.00 for two small 3-pointer burritos; very expensive for just beans and a little amount of steak. I understand the high turnover rate in staff due to students coming and going but some of us are people who actually live here in Berkeley and therefore we have been going to these locations for many years so to be treated this way as loyal customers is awful.

Had lunch here today. Paid, realized I didn’t have my (refillable) water bottle, asked for a small cup for water (this is something they do at every Chipotle), was told they were out of water cups, and they would not give me any other cup. So, they sold another bottle of water, but I won’t be back to this location. Hope it was worth it.

The restaurant is still closed until 10:45am. I wish it opens earlier like 6:30am and serves breakfast. Many UC Berkeley students and others are tired to eat in McDonald’s which is nearby and would be delighted if Chipotle makes it happen.

Worst chipotle I went to. Didn’t know it was phone order only. Horrible parking situation. Took forever. And the portions were so small that that we can barely find the meat. Sides were meager too and I asked for extra lettuce. Rice was also half cooked. Would not recommend this place and won’t be going back.

The restroom had closed sign but it was working perfectly fine as a employee walked in to use, my order was missing utensils and napkins, So now basic amenities are luxury at Chipotle.

So every time I order a kids meal they do it differently ! They didn’t have kids trays so they gave me a bowl. In most cases they give a little more if I don’t get meat for my son.
