If I could give no stars I would! I went to 5 other “fast food” places last night about 9pm before going to this Wendy’s. The dining area was still open so I go inside. I order a Son of Baconator combo. After only a few minutes I get my food, or so I thought. I go home and proceed to open the sandwich. It was NOT what I ordered. I drive back to the restaurant and am given a hard time about refunding my money. I have been a Wendy’s customer for over 40 years in multiple states. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a WENDY’S location.

Wow! We just had lunch here, and the service we received was outstanding! Unbelievably great! A staff member made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help me the entire time we dined since my hands were full with a baby + 3 kids.

Terrible experience for the fourth time in a row. I keep going bc I love Wendy’s food, but this location needs some serious help from a capable manager who can teach basic customer service and food safety. I watched them get the order wrong for the car in front of me and then give me the bag that person had dug through and given back. On top of that, it was wrong and I had already been in their line for long enough that I was late to work. Do better, kids of Dave. I paid $10 for trash, literally.

This is a brand new Wendy’s and I’ve been twice with both experiences lacking. The first was in drive thru, after paying for the food they asked me to pull forward and they’d bring the food out, 24 minutes later they bring out half the order… the supposed reason was the potato. When they brought the other half out it was already cold, so half the order was made quickly and sat there for 20+ minutes. Second instance was inside the dining room. Literally no customers in the dining room, I place the order to go and watch six cars pull through the drive thru while waiting. The dining room is immaculate, clean and very well done. It’s a great look but the sevice so far is 0 for 2.

I went through the drive thru, and ordered a kids meal and two jr bacon cheeseburgers. The person didn’t say a word to me, just stuck his hand out to take my card. I had to ask him how much it was. He looked at me annoyed and went to close the window. I sat there another 5 minutes before he came back to tell me how much it was. I gave him my card he swiped it, handed it back and shoved the bag into my hands hard enough to smash my burger. I looked at him to see if he was just kidding, but he closed the window without saying a word. I looked in the bag and noticed I only had one burger, and no fries for my kid meal. I tried to wave him down but he just walked away from the window when he saw me. At that point, is it worth eating the food? Idk what was wrong with him but the whole encounter was hostile.

The staff here doesn’t understand how to make the store run at a normal pace, and may also be hard of hearing. It took over 20 minutes to get my food when there was only one car infront of me. I then watched 4 other customers get their food and leave. I don’t understand how a group of people could be either so unskilled or ignorant in a professional enviroment. The only good thing about this location is the food, which is the same as every other wendy’s in America.

I’m not sure why we have continued to give this location any more 2nd chances. They are continually dishing out questionable food like the lettuce on the sandwich. Or old chicken nuggets that should be thrown out, and that’s just 2 things that have happened in the last week.

Horrible experience. Sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. Sat another 15 minutes at the speaker, no one answered. I asked repeatedly if I could order and no response. I drove to the window and the employee told me that they are extremely short staffed and I would need to get back in the drive-thru line. She refused to take my order and shut the window in my face. I waited around a little longer to explain to her that I had waited 45 minutes already and it didn’t make sense for me to go to the end of the drive-thru line when I was next. She opened the window and started yelling and punching her hand at the register. Not sure what the issue is with this location but I will not return.

Slowest, worst ran “fast food” restaurant ever. At least with its current staffing. Drive thru or Dine in, expect to wait considerable time to order (10 minutes last visit for dine in and 20 minute for drive thru on a Saturday). Then it is another 10 minutes to get your order. The last 5 times I have been. The order has been WRONG every single time. Avoid this location at all costs.
