Stood in front of counter 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Did not feel good. I am also African American, was that a factor? You have lost my business forever. And I liked the food! Manager said she was understaffed when I counted 7 employees and I was the only one waiting in line. I’m headed to stone cold creamery as I write this.

Former employee who was wrongful terminated. Fired me for “closing” along with other reasons and no evidence to back it up. They only get one side of the story and choose to believe someone who straight up said she’d get me fired for doing my job. What I got fired should also be the reasoning why she needs to get fired but yet still has her job. Ask me how that’s fair. Christian based and faith based is far from what truly is going on in this corrupt company. Christians get a bad name due to people who truly don’t actually act like Christians. I’d go on but truthfully it’s not gonna solve anything cause they don’t care.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter and son-in-law’s anniversary. IT WAS NOT THERE when they went to pick it up. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! The lobby was closed so they had to go through the drive-through, and then found out their order wasn’t even there. This was about 6 PM yesterday. Why was the lobby closed during the dinnertime? This is not the first time the lobby has been closed when it should be open. They’ve even locked the doors while people were inside eating because they were “too busy”!

This company is over Dairy Queen in Owensboro, Kentucky on Frederica Street. I called them to talk to the manager Asucans, she was very rude and acting smart to me. And I ordered a medium cone I did not get a medium cone I got a small cone. I have had so many issues at this Dairy Queen. They really need to get their act together.

Joe Keeney -who claims to be the DM for both DQ Corporate and also Fourteen Foods (which isn’t true, according to “Priscilla” and “Jessica” at DQ Corporate nor “Brandon” in HR for Fourteen Foods) is the problem. He couldn’t hand out a bag of free used air based on how he chooses to run his business. He can’t keep his story straight, apparently can’t read and also doesn’t know how to use his phone. Joe Keeney shouldn’t be allowed to speak to a dog let alone a human based on how he spoke to me.

Dining room was closed! Even with a big banner out front stating the dining room is OPEN… also had a line of 25 cars waiting in drive thru… unfortunately I am one of them. Just wanted to get some ice cream for the kids… now 35 min into the wait… this is the last time I come to this DQ. Fourteen Foods needs to get their stuff together!

My daughter worked at a DQ where the assistant manager dumped a blizzard on her head, then a few days later dumped a bucket of dirty water down her back. Didn’t even receive an apology from him
