Not coming here anymore. I order a large hot cappuccino with caramel and a medium ice latte with caramel. Neither coffee had caramel and the cappuccino had less than half of cup with coffee. I could fit it in a small cup. The employee preparing the food was also handling money at the drive through and didn’t change gloves after touching the money. Do you have any idea of how dirty money is?

When fam or friends work where u work. Nothing wrong with talking and playing around.. but messing up orders? Not good

The doughnut hole are honestly my favorite, I like to get the assorted variety but some flavors I’m not really a big fan of. The vanilla ice coffee is always bomb and the hash browns somehow also has a bacon flavor to it so it kinda like that honestly. Shout out to Nate for helping me out. Awesome customer service. He was extremely polite. There was a bit of wait, when I got to the counter he apologized kindly for the wait time a d was able to get my order in time. It’s service like Nates and everyone that has worked there that I’ve come in contact with that make my day that much better with their attitude.. thanks again and bug the way you guys forgot to put The whipped cream on the pumpkin spice latte… no biggie though.

I have been a 4 or 5 times/week customer of this location for nearly 8 years, and up until about 6 months ago the service was always good, but today’s experience is the last straw — I am done with this place. The children that are employed here are beyond rude, have zero customer service skills, and cannot seem to accurately fulfill an order. Based on all of the other negative reviews without a single response from the owner, he clearly does not care, so now I no longer care to spend $ at this location or the other ones he owns: Sunrise Blvd near Sawgrass, Sheridan St in Pembroke Pines, S. Dixie Hwy in Lantana, S. Congress St in Boynton Beach, and Gateway Blvd in Boynton Beach.
