Went in asked how long would it be to order a special pizza. The girl just hunched her shoulders and suggested that I get a pepperoni pizza or cheese that was already done. I got the 2 pepperoni pizza wings and crazy bread and drinks. Got home and pizza was not done all the way and had no sauce. Took them back and asked for the manager before I could fully explain as to why I was bringing the pizzas back he offered 2 pizzas that was overcooked but I just got them and left. I guess overcooked is better then undercooked

Mobile ordered a stuffed pepperoni pizza with Buffalo wings and got a bacon pizza. Got there and it still wasn’t ready. Sat in the car for about 8 minutes both workers were on their phones. I went in and told them that I was picking up online order and they gave it to me. I didn’t check the pizza (my mistake) and when I got home to my surprise I got a bacon pizza. Didn’t want to go back since it’s somewhat far .

They gave us to burn pizzas and burnt pizza bread because they didn’t answer their phone I had to take it back to the store, which was not close to us. You don’t let pizzas go out of the store looking like that it’s ridiculous.

The pizza was good. The customer service was excellent. They don’t have a public restroom but when we were in crisis they were more than happy to let us use their personnel restroom. Thank you so much for your kindness.

This manager has some serious issues I’ve had to deliver from this store twice and each time I feel like calling my food delivery service number and asking to not send me to this location ever again. Next time I’ll cancel the order I don’t even care if it effects my ratings.

I ordered one pizza and one 20 oz Mountain Dew via the app. On my way up there, I received a notification my order is ready. I walked in, grabbed my pizza & asked for parmesan cheese which was given to me promptly. I went to grab my drink and they had zero Mountain Dew’s stocked in the 20 oz size. In fact all they had was 5-6 Pepsi’s and a few 2 liters. I asked the guy working the counter if this is all they had and he just shrugged his shoulders, basically saying he didn’t know. So I asked , is what’s in the fridge my only choices? He just stood there again with a puzzled look on his face. Then something clicked and he asked me what did I order. I told him and he went to the back and brought one out and said here you go but it’s not cold. Then I asked for a refund. He said “huh”? I told him I didn’t want it if it wasn’t cold. He wasn’t authorized to do that so he had someone come to the front to refund me. I asked when the refund would go through and he said with it being Sunday probably tomorrow or Tuesday. I said nevermind I’ll just take it and walked out the door frustrated. No apologies. As soon as the door shut both employees started laughing. Got to my car and turned around, they were still laughing.

F Fwd to 5/22/2… Picked up a Hot N Ready Cheese pizza with Crazy bread and both were horrible. It tasted as if it were days old. The pizza crust was hard and crazy bread just as bad.

I posted a pic, a negative review from a negative experience & a rep reached out. After the fact, Chris made it right for me when the pizza was burnt. Nonetheless, there is always a quality control issue here no matter when I come to this location. This time, they offered to remake which is why I gave them an extra star. First time it was burnt/smashed & round, this time it was just smashed. I most likely will just stick to Dominos from here on out.
