What a great little place to grab a cheese burger or a chilli dog and finish off with some ice cream. My kids enjoyed checking out the antique artifacts around the restaurant. My favorite was the rotary payphone.

Owner was a very interesting person, we talked the whole time, we were the only customers at the time, so it was very calm and relaxing and the conversation made it even better! Food was good too!

Food was good, but a bit overpriced for what we ordered. Their fried chicken could use some more seasoning and the chicken cheese steak we got was not a true cheese steak. More like chopped up chicken breast with peppers and onions on a roll. Their fries were the best part of the meal. Nice atmosphere with an old country feel. We didn’t even bother with their ice cream because the price was a bit to high for us to bother.

Crazy expense 6.45 for a small ice cream and 7.45 for a “sundae” that’s just ice cream and syrup don’t ask for nothing else, it’s ok food but very slow moving people and expensive

My Mom has been coming to this place since she was like 5. Today was her birthday. The owner was so pleasant with us, came out to talk to us and wish my mom a happy birthday. His kindness went a long way. I hope he knows that. We had a peaceful fun meal together outside overlooking the river. The food and shake was amazing so delicious . I love this little quaint historic family business. My son had fun skipping rocks in the river and we sat and talked and watched the ducks. This is more than a place to have a meal. This a memorable place to have a nice moment with your family ❤️

We saw it’s family restaurant on Google map and decided to stop by for lunch with the kids. It didn’t disappoint us. The hotdog with its unique sauce was so delicious. The view and cute little water deck were very nice. Outdoor seating was perfect for the pandemic outings. No food photos because we were too hungry and I didn’t get time to get food photos but we will come back again. I will get food photos and update this review in future. Highly recommended for families!
